I don't think so, in the extra Aki indirectly said it was love at first sight with Yori, here and here and from what i can see from the uniform, it was probably during her first year since it's the same Himari had. So given Yori and Aki are in 3rd year(Miki said she is in classe 3-A so i'm supossing they're 3rd year), they know each other at least for 2 years.

As the blackmail right now is not already enough. Teacher is bad as she is, she can say it's a trade but it's more like a reward. I mean what give if the girl doesn't come in the end ? If you take the results and more precisly the votes in count then you see that not a log of Yuri had quite the impact Yagate had. Yagate won and by a large amount 1800 votes as first against 500 for Citrus as Second. Maybe another of the Top10 can be big in the near future but i don't think it will be as big as Yagate.
