They're both standing/pointed upwards, so there are plenty of reasons available. Maybe they were standing at opposite ends and couldn't wait to walk the side. Maybe one fell in and the other came after. Maybe they just wanted to sneak a kiss in a place where admitting their love would've been impermissible.

Yes. Mikans are easily eaten(reaching banana levels), so they're a natural at a table you stay buried at all day. They're also one of the few fruits out there that can grow during the winter, making them even more attractive.

Cameron actually addressed this. The long and short is that two people simply couldn't board it - it just overturns. I suppose it's possible that them each of them sporting a pair of Don't Drowns might change the equation enough to save them both, but I doubt it.

I feel like this could have been better if it was something along the lines of "MC gets dragged into (local-level) team-based fighting game tourney because [reasons], has to learn to play fighting games from no experience to help [friend/classmate/whomever] win". You have your training/gay during break periods, and during the tourney you could have a bunch of fighting game action panels and all that. I mean, it's not a great idea, incredibly cliched and whatnot, but to me it'd be better than what we got.

I'd say the weakness here is the use of fighter games. On the one hand, it makes sense: it's two people and they're usually sitting across from each other in an arcade. On the other hand, they're incredibly technical, with everything beyond the basics needing a good deal of explanation to understand; it's just far too easy to lock people out.

There are more accessible genres that this idea could work with, but they tend to be almost exclusively played over the internet; outside of setting the story in the LAN party era, you'd have some difficulty bringing the characters together.

That's misinterpreting things in order to make Homura look worse though. It's not simply that Homura wanted Madoka to only be happy the way Homura wanted. Homura also wanted to be happy herself, and despite it not being the happiest ending the outcome in Rebellion was a huge improvement. Rather than questioning her own sanity because Madoka literally didn't exist in a form she could sense, Madoka at least exists in the same reality as her now even if they're not particularly close.

Here's the thing: Madoka was on the verge on picking Homura up and taking her to magical girl heaven, where them staying together forever was an inherent fact. Instead, she used an offhand comment by memory-wiped Madoka to justify forcing the "normal" life she'd tried to give Madoka for so long on her.

I strongly reject the interpretation that Homura could have died from that fall, or that it signifies her reaching a point of ultimate despair. She achieved what she wanted at that point (even if it's obviously bitter sweet for her), and is all powerful, so it doesn't make sense from either perspective (to me, at least.)

I think it's more a case of "be care what you wish for": Homura has Madoka, but at the extreme cost of literally sealing her away and effectively denying her her own free will. She gained ultimate power as an act of extreme selfishness: Homura didn't want Madoka to be happy the way she chose, Homura wanted Madoka to be happy the way she chose.

For everyone feeling irritated by potential rival appearance I just want to advice to not jump to conclusions. This manga already proved a few times that it’s not following usual stereotype's bullshit.

Assuming she's the step sister, the likely chain of events is [Ayako meets Akira] -> [Akira introduces Ayako to Asuka's dad] -> [Ayako marries Asuka's dad]. Given that we're told Ayako used to be an ice queen, what happened between her and Akira on the way would seem to be extremely relevant to the currently situation - including the way she views her daughter's Oedipus complex/apparent lesbianism.

Ehhhhh. I have a bit of a problem with this one. It would be one thing if the dude was an asshole and treated her badly, but all evidence points to him being a good person. Which means the MC cheated.

Which is probably why she reached for "it doesn't count". Yukari also friendzoned Nazu rather effortlessly, so it's obvious that "counting" would do a number to both relationships. Instead, she just did something weird with her platonic best friend thanks to the power of alcohol, didn't cheat on her boyfriend and nothing changes.

I'm almost certain there's stories on the reader where prostitution is a theme without the sexuality being any sort of meaningful factor, so it definitely deserves to stand on its own. Leave this one for where it matters.

I'd love to see the third continued, but jamming the husband in isn't going to do anything but harm the story. I can't see his presence working unless you drop the yuri angle, at which point you're basically writing for the Hallmark Channel.
