I think you misunderstand. What I mean is if you go into smut works with the intention of let's say "I'm gonna masturbate to something now", but then you see your personal turn-offs in it and suddenly the mood (to masturbate) is ruined.

I think it's more like this when we see:
Smut-oriented works -> does this turn me on? (aka 'can I masturbate to it')
Romance-oriented works -> does this make me warm and fuzzy inside?

This one feels a lot more smut-oriented, so kinks that you're not into really affect the enjoyment level.
If it was more romance-oriented, I'm sure the kinks would be far less of a concern since you'd be going all 'aww how sweet' instead.

I just finished reading all of the chapters available. I don't know what others could find charming about this. Definitely not my cup of tea. All of the charactrs are just so idiotic & crazy. Character development is slow but the overall pacing of the story is fast. I can't sympathize with any of the characters at all. Anyone?

Becoming an anime does wonders to a manga's popularity, I think.

Im assuming the rushed ending wasnt deliberate - its like the mangaka finds out it wont be continuing in the magazine and they have 2 chapters left to finish it- i think they'd of liked more.

IIRC Sanada Ikki said he'd wanted this manga to be 3 volumes long, but it was not to be.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that it ended up being 2 volumes long.

EDIT2: Yes, pretty much what happened - author was told he had 2 chapters left.

Also, he did mention the possibility of doing a Saori x Haruna doujinshi work, but it seems he never got around to it...

even tho i just finished watching S1 & S2 of love live, i don't get why ppl are making doujins off of maki x nico. i mean, maki's my favorite one in the group cuz she's so chill & nonchalant but there was barely any interaction between maki x nico. i just wish this doujin was in the actual anime / story.
