to be honest that's pretty true to the tonal shifts of the show, its very silly and then suddenly switches to melodramatic in the same scene. and that's also just what life is like, you can be having a fun goofy time with your partner and suddenly a serious topic comes up or you randomly remember something that makes you upset or you accidentally annoy your partner and it instantly feels like humor never existed.

anyway, i really liked this. felt very in-character and it was kind of hot, even with the quick sketchy art.

I have been meaning to check if Pingke had done Mayakuro before because their style seemed so familiar and my brain immediately thought of Mayakuro art from years ago and I'm glad to know I was right.

Anyway, I honestly love Pingke's style. Their comics are made for quick social media posts so unless they do a proper doujin, it's always gonna be quick stuff. The art style is cute in my opinion. I like that rough sketch style. I hope they do some more longer format things like this.
