Well, then. Looks like we have some excellent news here - FAKKU Books has just revealed their new LGBTQ imprint KUMA with the license for syou's book (English title: When Budding Lilies Blossom) as part of the announcement. Digital release later this year and paperback coming in 2020.

Oh I just found out about the paperback (because I saw the preorder for it in the featured section of rightstufanime). Looks like the release date is 7-31-2020

Fakku itself lists the physical release date as June 2020, might take a bit longer to get to other stores, I guess.

They also moved it under their regular Fakku! Books label as most of the chapters had also been released through the Fakku subscription.
