The first one is about Rei celebrating Claire's birthday, and contains major spoilers for the end of the web novel. There's an English translation available.
The second one is about Claire and Rei getting stuck on a deserted island. I haven't played through it all the way since there's no English translation available (the option's there in the settings but it defaults back to Korean for me) but there's presumably a few spoilers there too for stuff not covered in the manga yet.
