Sleeping Princess

Hello everyone, I would like to promote my Yuri web novel, Sleeping Princess in hopes to expand my audience to fellow yuri connoisseur and to have a fun, active community surrounding it.

Synopsis

Nakagawa Madoka wakes up from a two-year-long coma only to find out that her life has changed. Her mom has found a new lover after her father died three years prior. Not only that, she now has a stepsister too. Madoka then meets her mother’s new lover…who seems to have taken a liking to her.

Style

This is a slow romance story inspired by stories like Girl Friends, Adachi and Shimamura (Novel) and, Citrus with a twist. There are plenty of colored images throughout the entire story to add to the visual presentation.

Closing

Sleeping Princess is a kind of story where you can sit back, take your time and, enjoy each chapter slowly. This is my first ever web novel so I wanted to start with something slice of life that's romance focused. All chapters are free to read with no premiums. This project is for fun and I intend to keep it that way until the end. Any tips and pointers I'm all ears to.

It being inspired by some of my favorite stories is enough to get me on board, thank you for sharing, I'll definitely check this out.

Just read chapter 1 and the comments to it. I'd say it averages out to being decent as of yet, but I still need to read more of the chapters to really judge. ¯_( ツ)_/¯

Read chapter 2. Still about the same average, but there is a bit of a weird aura about the step-mom.

@BV I'm glad you enjoyed that chapter. (Little Flower iirc.) It was fun to write and adorable.

Meanwhile, ch.5 really feels a bit heavier... Not worse, but heavier. You get what I mean?

EDIT:
Ch.6 was also pretty heavy, but also pretty amazing. It resolved a lot of previous issues, but also left a few unresolved and may have introduced new ones.

Maybe I should've added a comment for ch.7 immediately after I read it, and not 9 hours later and when I feel like I'll fall asleep on the keyboard at any moment, which means my memory of the chapter already got blurry, but really enjoying the story thus far.
