I have been working on a one shot yuri manga lately. Does anyone know if it is possible for me to upload it?

I think you have to upload it somewhere else until you get "uploader" status I would say put in a .rar and upload it to mega or any file sharing site then post the link here so it gets passed as legit first. After that...well I don't know wait for an admin or something to respond.
