I would really like to post images that I translated from Korean to English (with credit to the author and the site of course) onto here, especially Elsanna comics (there's very many in Korean that I haven't seen on this site). I'd like to know if it's possible or not, and if so, the steps I need to take for it.

If you've got the file hosted somewhere, you should click on your name in the upper right corner of the page, and choose "Upload Request". Fill in all the blanks, if possible.

If you don't see any upload of your work within a couple weeks, please post back and I'll help you out!
