I don't think that site is explicitly banned, and it doesn't have many series, so it doesn't seem to just be outright skimming them from other sites.
More importantly, recommending a het harem manhwa is totally suspicious and looks like something a bot might do and could get your account removed.
P.S. so does the bad capitalization.
