I don’t know what the hell you are looking at, those are 500 euro bills, making 4500 euros, or roughly 5400 USD and around 600000 Yen. Why would a bill be worth 50 cents?

Some countries write the thousands notation different. Its something I recently found out.

And in french, we use space instead of punctuation for the thousand. We only use punctuation for the cent ^^"
