Recently upgraded to IE11, but gets the images (from the second page on) shrunken only in heights.Also, the site logo gets scaled down (but maintaining the aspect ratio) to the height of the Search box.
Compatibility View won't work, however changing to IE10 mode in F12 Developer Tools can fix those problems.

I've been hearing that IE11 has an ass load of problems, with flash..etc.. as well with the one you described. My sibling, who uses IE11, got fed-up, and found a site which contains an older version of IE and promptly downgraded. I use firefox, so am obviously not affected.
