While the article above does not mention manga, concentrating solely on anime, several other articles I found on the topic say "anime and manga" (example: http://www.ubergizmo.com/2016/06/japan-combat-anime-piracy-with-humans/), and it stands to reason it should be both, seeing they are part of the same copyrighted material. Any thoughts on this?
