I figured out that it was the cover of the KR magazine and not a manga (which is a shame because they look like really cute and interesting characters), but I was wondering if someone knew who did the piece? If their art is that beautiful I'd like to see more (and a story if possible!)

First link you posted actually says the artist name, in the back cover right behind the black haired girl there's a small box saying "cover illustration:", the artist name seens to be only one kanji, not sure if that makes it easier or harder to discover who it is, only someone who knows moonspeak japanese could help you now I guess.

Edit: And that is cover of Tsubomi vol 11, KR magazine must be their publisher.

I'm pretty sure that's hidari, who did character designs and I think? CG art for the Atelier Dusk trilogy. The kanji is hidari and it looks like their art so. I don't know much else about them though.

Hidari's art is pretty unique. I realizes it was her on the end card in the last GochiUsa episode even before seeing her name.
Unfortunaly, the closer to yuri she ever worked on is Atelier Dusk Series, Sasami-san and Natsuiro-kiseki.
It looks like she worked on Vividred Operation, but it looks nothing like her art, so it's probably a small contribution.
