Not on purpose, but 'destructive testing' often yields insights that would be far slower to achieve through more safe methods, if they ever arrived at them at all. Plus I bet they don't know much about the super zombie regen, and won't know if they overtax it until it's too late.

If the people on the first page that was criticizing, mocking or shaming the MC before is still here....They were now fking wrong in how the direction of this manga/series was going to end up becoming.

They were fking wrong and they should be happy to know this. Because this is not a power fantasy...This is a story of a hurt girl somehow becoming normal and a good person again after meeting her zombie waifu and after a series of events (Miya and other stuff)...

Risa is now the Yandere while MC turn into a 'normal good person'.

Me on the other I am just shaking my head at how the MC just changed to become so...fking normal and with a moral good consciousness...Her 'bully' and her 'waifu zombie' changed to become more heartless and cold-blood but nope...MC went from...Anyone that touches my zombie bestfriendo/waifu will fking die! I am a yandere...To now no killing is wrong! I don't want to be tainted by killing other people!!

You know...If he scientists knew about the bully's little sister and Miya....They would not help cure them but instead use them as additional test subjects to develop a possibly cure...There is no fucking way these scientists are smart enough to suddenly develop a cure in just a few months...Creating a cure/vaccine would take at least 1 whole year normally with a group of scientists/researchers working hard with acceptable equipment.

I wouldn't be surprised if MC and the bully gets experiment on to test their first series of prototype vaccine/cure (Prototype 1, 2, 3,6,7,9...Final perfect cure achieved)...Not caring if it works or not since they can always get more fresh normal humans and talking zombies to develop a cure.

I honestly don't care if MC and her zombie waifu die in the end of this series (As long they die in each other arms, hugging and telling they love each other. Bonus points if they get at least 1 kiss at least)....as long as that scum bully die in regret at her action, knowing her little sister will end up becoming a another test subject/experiment as well (Her little sister is a possible talking zombie as well. Same for Miya??) I want to see the regret, terror, horror, guilt and breakdown she has at that happening... (I will be really surprised if her little sister ends up being saved by the scientists though since the scientists we seen are cold-heart bsatards with low morals, like they just casually watch them fight before moving in to catch Risa.)

Takanashi's foolishness aside, I think Eko having thought/talked a big game about killing anyone in her way but ultimately not having the heart for it is more realistic than people might think.

Likewise wanting Risa to not kill people either less due to moral reasoning than being afraid of Risa's already shaky humanity taking a hit from it. The fact that when Risa did finally go for the kill on Takanashi it was not with any of the latter's sharp implements, or even brute force caving in of skull or breaking of neck, but instead she was readying to bite makes me think that Eko is right to be worried about Risa getting too cavalier about killing.
