Context aside (which still feels pretty gay), i find it funny that you see "Character's Mom x That Same Character's Second Mom" and find the ship odd

spe talks about her two moms and people will act like it's a crackship smh

One of the more odd ships on this fair site

The characters know and interact with each other, with birth mom even entrusting her NEWBORD DAUGHTER to her, so this ship already has more basis that 99% of fan pairings on this site. Considering Spe's bad wording even had Suzuka believe they were married before Spe clarifies, even S1 lightly joked about it, so I don't think the paring is that odd compared to the site as a whole.
