I think it got translated as "fanged bitch" or something like that
(ko is a common suffix for girl names btw, it means child)

This means Sachi and Koharu watch Saki and are imitating Tōko and Hajime - it really suits them. Sachi is a good Tōko and Koharu would be a good bottomless maid with manacles talking about her beloved Ojōsama. Even Koharu being caught cheating and having to be a captive maid as penance fits.
