This actually happens to transgender males on testosterone. It's really cool.

Dafuq, you been watching videos or dosing your friends?

Nope, I just have LOTS of trans friends. Most trans guys get really happy when their clits grow really big like this.

I'll just have to see a bit more of this tag to be sure what to say

I can confirm that : a friend of mine, currently transitioning to male, made a post on FB about it and he had a lot of fun talking about that change. The shape of the nose and jaw change too. Masculinization of the face is easier than its feminization, because face bones (not long bones) can still grow after puberty thanks to hormones, but cannot shrink (except with surgery). Same with the feet and hands. They get bigger.

Testosterone's a hell of a drug.

Estrogen is too, but in a different way. I never knew various emotions and feelings existed until I transitioned and started E.

Well, part of that is suppressing the T, which is a very powerful molecule.

Indeed. T is so strong it was to be suppressed mtf and estrogen added. Most ftm can just add T and it overwhelms everything.

Early MtF hormone therapy didn't involve T blockers at all, they basically dosed you up with so much E that it acted as a suppressant by itself. Not very efficient.

To suppress it totally is wrong. Women need T too, in reasonable amount.

Low T for women gives problems with bones, muscles and lots of other unwanted symptoms

Well, if you have surgery you're already removing most of T production so post-op MtF trans people generally end up with less than cis woman. 1/4 of testosterone production in cis women is in the ovaries, after all.

Suppressing it isn't wrong at all. My spironolactone puts me in the 15-60 nanogram per deciliter range for testosterone which is normal for cis females, instead of the 300-1100 without suppression.

Estrogen is actually the bone-strengthening hormone more than T and mtf hrt causes increased bone strength for those on it. Muscles do atropy somewhat but that's normal for females. They switch from upper-body to lower-body being more strong.
