Yes, it's kind of hard. But because of that kind of education I ended up succeeding in getting the college admission I wanted. Not saying that there aren't other successful and healthier ways of education, but I don't really blame my old folks in that case :)

I usually just try to watch something funny, or go see one of my friends. However there are times when I just have to be in my room and cry it out. You can always turn on some music and just dance it out XD

Okay this is really weird but I will say it, When I get lonely I end up feeling lovesick as well and my imagination goes really wild sometimes... It is. If you go into it with that attitude you're really counting out a beautiful story. The author doesn't sacrifice historical accuracy to appease contemporary values. And there are no sex scenes. There's some stuff that is implied, but it's for the older couples. The 12-year old groom doesn't seem to have sexually matured yet. They do kiss though, and there's some nudity (mostly in the baths).

I'm not saying intentionally making there be an age gap is a point of historical accuracy. Actually part of the tension in the beginning is Amir being old for a bride. I'm saying overall there are things that are frowned upon today that she doesn't sugarcoat.

Also if you're stressed and restless, I'd say physical activity is probably the most straightforward and effective outlet. I'm the type bottle a lot of stuff up and running, walking, and dancing all help me out. The rest is comes out as sarcasm and occasional sulking.
