I'm a bit puzzled, where did the meteor come from? Did Marisa or Patchouli (or both) summon it? Or did Keine or Yukari have something to do with it? It's a bit vague.

It's acting as a sequel to Flandre's Bunkachou article, which didn't explain it either

I like the design for Koakuma in this one. I'd say Yukari probably summoned the meteor here, especially since they pointed out how slow it was going.
