There’s a manga I read not long ago on here about an honor student pranking or teasing or otherwise messing with another girl. I think it’s a series but not very far in? The episode I remember involved not only her asking permission to merciliessly prank the other girl but also had honor student girl getting pretend upset at something leading to the other girl profusely apologizing and the reveal is that she just was messing with her.
