can anyone help me to tell how to post my artwork?
or i need to upload it somewhere (twitter/instagram) to get reposted?

It's subject to what the admin want to have up on the images section, but if you think yours is good enough, you basically upload it somewhere (such as Twitter, or maybe imgur if you're a bit shy) and submit the link through the Upload Request section.
