Even after all these year, this is very good.
The story execution is just so good,
Probably one of the best stories written from cheaters perspective.

i don't wanna think much into it but i'm guessing azusa glanced at midori on the last panel based on her position when she stopped. so i'm agreeing with the fact that azusa was conflicted with her own emotions too but chose to push midori away.
