After reading "I Can't Say It, I Won't Say It, I Don't Want To Say It", I was worried when I saw the "Bullying" Tag, but I was relieved to discover "My Secret Girlfriend" is very sweet.

I had the same thoughts going in XD the bullying was way less severe here, which I'm glad for lol

aaaaaahhhh what the hell this is so good, I havent read a love live work in a while so it was a surprise how much I enjoyed this. perfect balance sad gay feelings from maki and sad career feelings from nico, and i love when the two mix when nico finally reciprocates... as a reader when I saw that it was like yesss gay people but also like noooo it symbolizes how she's starting to give up on her dreams of being an idol....... plus the incredible way the characters are drawn is the cherry on top (lesbian chefs kiss)

I was reading through the fan works of Kiyohiko Azuma available on this site, and one of the translation forwards on another work noticed there were some similarities between his original characters in Azumanga and his portrayals of characters in his fan works.
I feel like this work really shows how he could have pulled the character of Yukari Tanizaki out of Misato (and possibly Minamo Kurosawa came from Ristuko, too haha)

I gasped out loud at the ending of chapter 1. I love this series so far, fun concept+great writing+amazing execution. I hope theres so many more chapters of this and they all go just as hard
It would be cool to see more of the archer cupid from the first few pages too...

Wow, what an amazing story!! Incredibly well written and had gorgeous art on every panel. I feel like for better or worse a lot of things were left unsaid, but the drawings said a lot in its place. It has a very optimistic happy ending, but it feels well deserved for all the characters who fought for their happiness and have become closer as a community that have each other's backs. Can't believe it took me so long to read this one, highly recommend!!

The chapter where Daichi destroyed the wall with the crowbar and came to terms with how she wanted to live her life felt especially powerful to me :')

Amazing art and super fun twist!!! The happy ending was the cherry on top, wishing for a longer series of them together where they get to kick more ass as a couple <3

so heartwarming to read a wholesome manga like this and know that it's based on a true story and that these two are out there living the dream!! I hope I can find happiness like that one day as well, I wish this couple the best!!!
