when i clicked on this manga i didn't expect communist power rangers, however i am NOT disappointed at all.

100% a guilty pleasure series, honestly i was gonna drop it until i saw the reversal. honestly if this was romanticized in any way i would have dropped it altho i wish it was less explicit and told more thru metaphors and symbolism given that this is a very touchy topic and thing to draw!

the folds on the sofa, their smiles, all the details.... this is amazing. i also like how they have just a tiny bit of chub, it's really cute and also accurate. flat stomachs are also amazing but most anime girls are either "big boobs and hips, tiny flat waist" or "tiny everything," so much so that even a bit of chub makes me really happy to see.

two of the best girls. now where is the rosaria yuri.... she's like my fav.... maybe she would go well with eula (new character)

love this manga so so so much... i hope tei and roze don't get together that would be gross... tei is best girl though, i ADORE lovable idiot characters. i also really enjoy the hair designs, they make no sense (tei's dots, roze's thorns, haiji's highlights) but are so cute. also, the characters with more crazy hair are the boke characters with sarara being the tsukkomi. just love this manga. stupid, slightly nonsensical, self aware comedies are the best (or the worst, it's a mixed bag)

if only i had any five stars and didn't just keep getting sucrose and xingqiu (and xinyan and razor once each)

one more thing, this artist usually draws genre subversions or yuri comedies, both of which i like, so i'm glad that they found a way to incorporate both tbh

i like this manga a lot, most magical girl parodies/satire/deconstruction go the shameless gross over the top ecchi or the horror aspect (which basically only madoka has done well), so a comedy is nice to see. i also love chunnibyou characters so that's the cherry on top

i would enjoy this a LOT more if the age gap wasn't so huge. it's not hard to make the younger girl 3rd year middle school and the older girl 1st year high school. or smth. it's sad bc otherwise it's super nice

omg diamari.... the best part about a poly ship is that you can enjoy all of the pairings equally. but diamari is the most underrated (and maybe? my favorite) of diakananmari imo.

^ it's indie scanlated, which means the author wrote it themselves. they probably aren't a native english speaker, which is fine.

i really like the way their legs look in this one.

as a quick note, i would like to mention that mion and rena is absolutely not crack - although it is non canonical. rena treats mion the same way she treats keiichi - "omg so kyuuuute i love you!!!" she even has a special name for mion, calling her mii-chan. the most she has said to prefer keiichi to mion is in the water gun fight scene where she says "i'd rather you see me in a romantic light," although so far (i'm halfway through book 6) when you look from her perspective she does not necessarily see hold keiichi in a romantic light, and rather sees him 100% as a friend. of course, this is not to say that this is a ship completely based in canon, however it is not out of nowhere. the two have subtext moments now and then if u have goggles on. oh and yes i created the account just to say this, i like higurashi a LOT.
