Their "delinquent poses" at the end and "sus you tomungus" absolutely killed me.
Great characters and some very funny punchlines (also Nakagawa and Harada are so cute together lol).

Damn, that was adorable.

Reminds me of Adachi to Shimamura a bit because of the dream being the start of story and the denial, only the hair colors are swapped (I think).
This looks pretty interesting so far.

"Dick-Routine" made me laugh and I am not ashamed to admit it.

Great title, great art style, great characters so far and some great facial expressions. What more do you need (lol)? This seems to be a pretty interesting manga.

Aya's many different facial expressions were amazing lol. Made the manga even better.

Well tbh, I enjoyed this series a lot and I love Tsukiko, Aya, and their relationship with each other, however awkward and tense it may seem. The art is fantastic and I personally think it’s well-written. Don’t know why, but it makes me think of Adachi and Shimamura, LOL.

That's also what I thought when reading this. It was pretty nice, even though it's not really yuri and more "subtext".

I wonder why this manga doesn't have a "comedy"-tag on here lol. This is one of the funniest manga I've seen in weeks.
And it even has great characters and some kind of development. Very nice!

"Better dead than red" is an epic statement, but "better dead than blue" kind of fits this story more lol. What a ride!

Damn, this was a very great story. I really liked the dynamics between the maid and the princess lol. Wish this was longer.

Damn, I can't believe it is over. But I liked the ending, it tied everything together in a pretty satisfying way even though there was no explicit yuri (F for the Dynasty Reader readers that are pretty much used to everything being yuri in a way lol).
Gonna miss these two dorky protagonists.

Epic how the "Bremer Stadtmusikanten" were referenced in this chapter. That was nice.

(Not really spoilers, but I still want to hide this lol)
Even though it was axed, I didn't really feel like it was going too fast. I personally really liked the pacing and think that's a satisfying way to end this pretty amazing manga.
It has characters with interesting personalities, a nice art-style, relatively unforced drama that was resolved quickly imo, and even a sidestory that wasn't too boring (I tend to dislike side-couples, because they often aren't as interesting to read as the main one imo) and the musical aspects weren't overwhelming to a non-expert like me.
This might be one of my favorite yuri-mangas in a long time!

Great read, very entertaining and nice!

"Time to go home and..." almost made me spit out my drink, lol. That was extremely unexpected.

Still pretty amazing how well serious moments are depicted in this manga after seeing all the silly and goofy moments.
Can't wait for Yokoe's reaction to Yatsude's question.

I'm calling it right now, at some point both their power stop working cause they fall in love.

That would be pretty epic, ngl.

"if anyone is a good person here, it has to be her"

no Adachi is just simping

Yeah, that's true, lol. But we still love her.

This is so nice! "True boomerang master" was pretty funny and the headphones-chapter is something I want to see in the LN now, lol.

I'v read all the chapters till now, but I am still confused about one thing..

Is Adachi the taller one or Shimamura the taller one?

I think in Chapter 3 of Volume 2, it is stated by Shimamura that Adachi is "much taller" than her.

Man, even the interaction between Adamom and Shimom was interesting enough to keep me hooked lol. Even though that part wasn't very long. I'm excited for the rest of Volume 9! It's going to be epic, I'm sure!
And the anime is really not that bad either (made me appreciate Adachi's chaotic moments even more so far lol).

This went from, “shoujo manga tropes in a slice of life setting,” to “hyper-repressed with serious issues are soft and panicky together and some background fuckery is afoot” real fast.

Man, the emotions are so vivid, and there’s so much more to the side characters than one would initially think. I always love it when authors are like, “haha, unsatisfying anime trope” and then “we’re going fucking deep now kiddos” all of a sudden, and break out of the mold with something original and informed by life.

I have to say, the moment when nervous Mikoto gets into that bed, and is swamped by the feelings she doesn’t understand and gets all blinky-eyed and lovestruck and puddl-y, and she’s like, “I might have stopped seeing Nekozaki as a friend. And I want to go deeper in,” I was like, “oh fuck, it’s going down.” Most satisfying to thing to my gay hindbrain that I’ve seen like all year. Very nice, very nice.

I’m really loving the trend lately of yuri that establishes its dynamic and what’s allowed, much the way real life has its sort of rules of social conduct, and then pushes through and under that and lets things happen. It’s like, “oh, you thought we were keeping this PG/light/plausibly deniable platonic? Nah, the publishers weren’t telling us to do that, it was an artistic choice to set you up for this shit right here.” It’s got this exciting sense of realism, doesn’t it?

Everything about this comment is epic and I agree with it.

Ahhh, a classic Adachi, isn't it?
