But now that I think about it, is it really surprising that it ended that way? Haru seems really averse to lying or even just twisting the truth a bit to get a job, which is what many(most?) people do. So it's no wonder she keeps failing.

For the first ever graduate job I was hired for, I don't think I said a truthful word at the interview other than what my name and qualifications(i.e. stuff which they can check) are. I was capping effortlessly throughout that interview lmao. It sucks but you gotta game the system if you want to get your foot in the door since there are many university graduates competing for the same positions.

Honestly the funny thing about this ending is that it reminded me of a similar sort of scenario I once brought up with a girlfriend, where in a tonuge-in-cheek and joking way I asked that if we ever discovered that we couldn't have our own kids, whether she would entertain the idea of having kids with another dude for us to raise, with her response being for me to go fuck myself and that raising kids would be the least of my concerns if I ever brought that idea up again lol

No, there are a lot of problems. To start with, A-chan seriously doesn't love the guy. She doesn't want to do any of that shit. But at this point Rin is more invested on her pseudo-daughters than in A-chan and forces the issue till A-chan complies. And A-chan does so just because she wants to make Rin happy. Think what you will but that's totally messed up.

Doesn't A-chan at least care about Haruhi and Hinata? Rin does have a point about them. They will never be born unless they go down the same path as before. Don't they deserve their chance at living?

It does feel like the best compromise for everyone, although it is unfair with some characters getting the short stick

Does she care about them though? She was perfectlly williing to erase them out of existence to be with her childhood friend and in the first timeline she literally abandoned them. That's literally one of the worst fates you can subject a chilld too, a mother who doesn't care.

Man I love this series. Unlike most people here I'm not supporting any one ship(except MahiMahi), so I'm just here for the wild ride.

Having said that, looking at the characters in an objective manner, Shizuka, Kaoru and Mio(Mask is more of an unwilling participant) would be better off not getting with one another and would instead benefit from the respite that High School graduation brings, so that they each separate and stay apart for a few years to clear their heads(and hearts), and if the Gods see it fit for them to meet again then they'll be able to think things through clearly next time, because fams, this is a clusterfuck.

I just randomly came across this story again and man it still gives me a good chuckle reading it, it's hilarious.

Also I'm surprised people are disappointed at the extra page showing the senpai to be a villian, when she was already giving off cartoonishly evil vibes from her very first appearance, it was clear as day that her intentions were not good.

Like someone said in the previous page if this story were longer you would probably have the two besties realise that they're being played and taken advanatge of and it would bring them closer together, but for now, at the stage the story is at, the villain wins.

I actually rather enjoyed this story, it shone a big spotlight on just how fucked up age gap romance stories involving a school kid and adult(usually a teacher, which makes it even worse) really are.
Most of these type of school kid/adult age gap stories tend to fall on the more light hearted/comedic side in order to avoid the uncomfortable implications of them, but once you start reading ones like this you begin to see things unravel.

I'm not shitting on these type of age gap stories btw, I read and enjoy them as much as the next person, but I always try to keep in mind that they're not something to be emulated.

I don't know, the story is quite sad and the MC did fuck up, but the situation seems rectifiable to me?
The resemblence between the MC and the senpai is blatantly brought up and tells me that Mikami is using the senpai as a replacement, which the senpai herself is clearly well aware of.
If the MC gave the word Mikami would probably leave the senpai, but that's not the point this oneshot so we don't need to see that.

I'm not really sure what to think about Sora, because the way she reacted to Ayaka coming to her house by immediately opening the front door and immediately showing up to school the next day implies that she has a long standing thing for her, so I can understand her request, I don't condone it, but I understand.

The teacher though.....Oh no baby what is you doing.
Made me laugh though, especially the sniper part. Fucking camper.

Bruhs, this was a clusterfuck, but love triangles, or a love square in this case, are an utter mess in real life, so the story managed to capture that aspect perfectly.

I enjoyed this story, hopefully we get more like it.

Oof, that was an interesting read.

Like others have said, the problem in real life with fighting back against bullies is that it can backfire and make the bullying worse, and the only way to avoid that requires a disproportionate response, which is what happened in this story,

Putting tacks in their mouths, stabbing them with scissors and beating them up with a baseball bat was over the top, and could easily get her expelled from school and maybe even put into juve, but that's the sort of disproportionate response needed to make the bullies too terrified to ever come back again.

Otherwise it was a cool story even if a bit dark, but as another poster on this website once said, "Doesn’t matter if it gets dark, I don’t care if one of them kills someone. As long as the two main girls are happy and the feelings are mutual, nothing else matters".

That's happens a lot in things I read but I think its strange to masturbate while thinking the person you love no actually while thinking a person. Person might be happen but I don't know...
