Reading other comments, I am a bit bummed by the people saying "this can't be a trans story, it's a comedy!" As if we can't have something funny and lighthearted that also explores transness. Maybe this won't, and maybe it will suck, but I feel like there's an underlying assumption that trans stories all have to be Serious and Emotional (sad and depressing). Really keeping my fingers crossed here.

I can kind of see from a certain perspective why the translator read this in a positive way, but I find it very hard to believe that was the intent. At best, this is about a disgusting caricature of transfemininity finding people who will embrace her cringe. I guess you could say it's better than God killing her or whatever, but the trans effigy remains the butt of the joke from start to finish.

Let's not pretend none of us old men here reading yuri wouldn't switch in a heart beat if it was real possibility haha

This series cracked my egg. It's mostly just sweet, nice stuff, but Kita's story finally made me realize why yuri (and lesbian fiction in general) resonated with me so strongly. I'm so thankful this exists...
