Characters with any form of disabled in manga are quite rare. There's such a stigma against disability in Asia in general. I'm really excited to see this!

Koe no Kitachi went the stigma direction. Helen ESP almost did, but one person befriended her. It seems to be a thing, at least in stuff set in the real world, for people with communication problems like deafness to experience ostracism or outright hostility from other kids.

Koe no kitachi was really good. The author described so perfectly the problems that disabled people encounter in their lives; feelings, reactions, it felt so real that i wouldn't be surprised if it was from the author personal experience or someone close to him.
I really hope that this one don't go the depressing/bad ending route.

I think 5-6 are flashbacks to the beginning of the date, after things are in full swing. Note the last panel is dark, leading into the next page which is also in the evening. It's a little awkward, but it works when you realize that.

Yeah i see, but nevertheless it's a little bit awkward and misplaced flashback in my opinion.

Is it just me or pages 5-6 should be the first ones, 'cuz it make no sense to begin with the dating stuff and go back to where they left of last chapter.

B-but Maki x Nico bel...jk. I really loved this NicoxHayano pairing, and thanks god is not the usual overused-overly-tsun-Nico, i liked this Nico better. On the other hand MakixRin seems a little bit wrong to me, i just can't picture it in my head.
