I really question the population of this school. According to the campus shown in this chapter it's around 2.25 sq. km. max. (~1.5km across its widest point on both axes.) With a population of 1,558,000 that'd give a population density of 692,444 people per square kilometer. According to this page on Wikipedia, the densest city in the world is Manila with a population density of 46,178 people per square kilometer. That's a hair under 15x the population density.
How do the Kowloon Walled City and Dharavi Slum compare to the campus?
Is that can actually happen? Cause that one anime show that one accident but can it really happen in real life?
My grandma has never seen nor heard of Another and she would often warn me about handling umbrellas with that metal pointy thingies at the end especially when going up and down stairs. It's one of the reasons why I've been afraid of that type of umbrella (if someone else is pointing it at me or swinging it around near me) since long before I found out about Another. That show just made it worse.
Aside from that I've also used that type of umbrella as a practice weapon for hitting and thrusting things so I have a rough idea on how much damage umbrellas can do to people.
The possibility of an accident like that happening irl is definitely not 0%.
Oh, so I guess I'm not the only one on this site to have watched and/or read Another years ago.
