Like, the manga starts after they already became a couple, but there are some like flashback chapters to the time before that.

I just read Still Sick, and the last few chapters after the couple is finally together were so so good it just took awhile to get to that point, so I guess I am looking for something similar to that without the whole coming to terms with our feelings plot being a huge focal point. Kinda like Teiji ni Agaretara.

Seems I caught up at the worst possible time lol, that cliffhanger, well maybe not worst. I did miss that long gap between then and this halloween issue. This turned out to be a series with more substance than I ever anticipated.

Started this recently, about 100 chapters in, I think I am addicted..

Edit: Definitely addicted, how can every single character be so good

Double edit: My initial thought process when choosing to start this was "A 200+ chapter yuri series? That seems too good to be true." Well now that I have caught up to chapter 222 I can officially say, its not too good to be true. This is a legit 200+ chapter long yuri series that is honestly excellent, with great character development, genuine humor, and stellar artwork. Comparing the first couple of volumes to where we are now is like night and day.

Morishima is quite good at pacing the story in Hanjuku Joshi. There have been more than a few mangaka who go past 5 chapters and the story lines start needlessly meandering for shiggles.

Yeah, this is one of those manga that are just note perfect throughout. A great beginning, a great middle and a great end.

Posts like this are kinda evil, making me reread this once again (god knows how many times it's been now ;p).

Altough it did make me wonder if it really deserves the "lots of sex" tag, altough yes it is quite smutty it's not really porny in the sense that i associate with that tag. (I've already suggested a tag change)

I think most of the beginning was just Citose sexually harassing Yae like she just had some automatic right to touch and grope her whenever she wanted, even as Yae was begging her to stop.

God I thought that was such a great moment (during the school orientation) and highlights just why I love this story so much. Chitose realizes she is in the wrong for forcing herself onto Yae, reflects on her past mistakes and how she doesn't want this to end the same as her first "love," immediately apologizes for it, and then they share a cute sweet moment, all within the same chapter lol. This is definitely one of my favorite reads!
