If you're referring to those folks in the Amazon rainforest still maintaining their way of life, their society is actually just matriarchal - the men actually live amongst them in the same village.

Yeah, um. If you want to actually extract an egg sample, that process isn't going to look anything like sex, and you sure as hell ain't doing it by hand. This one feels a lot more smut-oriented, so kinks that you're not into really affect the enjoyment level.
If it was more romance-oriented, I'm sure the kinks would be far less of a concern since you'd be going all 'aww how sweet' instead.
