In chapters 19 & 20, the page 9 on both are the same page. It seems to belong to chapter 20 regarding context. If so, chapter 19's page was overwritten.

For what i know it does have a hardcopy. The raw one, not the translated version. Not sure tho. I just saw some picture that someone holding a hardcopy.. Or maybe they printing it illegally??, so im.not too sure.. Hahaha

We don't translate it. We only check and upload.

It depends on 1st-Kuro and her translator when we will get files. Currently they are doing final correction on scans for chapters... 17-20 so stop whining and wait.

Why's chapter 29 being added before the rest?

Going by how the other recent ChaosTeam releases are being uploaded here, they look to be going through the process of receiving extra QC treatment before they are added to Dynasty. Naturally, that's no reason why a brand new chapter should have to wait.
