The closest you're gonna get is the Kirovs which are colloquially called "battlecruisers" in the West; the Russians onerously but precisely classify them as "heavy nuclear-powered guided missile cruisers" instead though.

Light cruisers are as dead as their larger younger brethren (heavy cruisers as a distinct class only appeared after the Great War while lights predated it).

These days "cruiser" is for the most just a somewhat boastful designation for the large end of the guided missile destroyer/frigate spectrum. It's practically speaking a matter of what particular flavor name you give the resident fighter class in an RPG tbh - eg. the French cheerfully call their analogs of the USN's missile cruisers "frigates".

Unless you count museum ships, no. The whole surface gunship paradigm died the death of obsolescence a long time ago; the relics were mostly kept around as flagships and amphibious-assault bombardement support or converted to carry proper missiles. As mentioned the last heavy cruisers were retired by 1980 - the USN famously stubbornly kept the Iowa-class battleships around until the early Nineties under increasingly implausible excuses pretty much solely because they had too big a fetish for the big lunks to junk them and enough spare budget to maintain such antiquarian white elephants.

Some people are pretty harsh towards this question. In their opinion, when you feed a stray cat but have no intentions to adopt it, you're just contributing with the abandon.

It's more or less the same mindset of those who say that if you help people who live in the streets (by giving them food, clothes, hygiene products, etc.), you're just contributing to their "laziness" for finding a job and such.

Of course there's a fine line between these two situations, but the idea behind both of them tends to have the same foundation: contributing to the "problem" and not solving it at all. Sad but true, unfortunately.

I tried with Shaw, but her skill is too weak to push Militant. I need FEater with S2, but only one I found in support was Rye's and she has set S1.

FEater's S2 needs to be M3 to beat Shaw, and people mainly develop that if they're going to mess with pinball memes. What you want is Angelina's S3 which globally drops enemy weight by a step while active (becoming discount Eyja with slow doesn't hurt ofc).

...you're better off just murdering those guys with Arts damage tho, the push tile in Area 59 generally isn't worth building around.

You get 30 for each yeah so total cap of 300 from visiting others. No idea if the host gets anything more out of it than a feeling of pride and accomplishment from the visitor count but I go through the list anyway just to be considerate.
