With that said, I've thought of 3 irrefutable rules to suspend your disbelief for any yuri or lesbian fiction discrepancy.

1: Men are yucky.
2: Women are fucky.
3: Every girl is gay (or at the very least bisexual), even if she doesn't know it yet.

Yup, those are pretty much the basic rules for any Yuri story. Good luck on your writing !
