That's lot of sex?? I've seen MORE with that tag though?... >~<

I'm never quite sure when to tag something "lots" or "moderate amounts"...

That said, this is mostly just porn without plot, so I thought lots was more appropriate.

Chapter 2 was 10/10, unexpected plot twist, unprecedented character development, brilliant dialogue.

It's not really something that interests me enough to figure out the Korean site and pay for viewing it at this moment, but y'know, that's okay, because I don't feel entitled to read everything ever. Good luck on your translations, halmoni.

0/10 this release sucks

I mean fIRST of all you've messed up the title it CLEARLY doesn't translate to that do you EVEN KNOW what 系 means also what is with all the "nya" clearly Lin should be saying "meow"

Second of all there's a distinct lack of censoring, like seriously how can I read this on the way to work now?!?!?!

Would not read again, I'm putting in a formal complaint to the Scanlation Bureau about this release

I'm so happy for all you Americans that are now able to marry the people you love. <3

There's a long way to come yet--the thorny legal issues mentioned above in this thread, the problems of other countries (including my own!) that do not recognise same-sex marriages or worse, actively persecute LGBT peoples, and more that we haven't even thought of yet. But I think this victory in itself is more than worthy of celebration, at least for today. It's a huge step for the country and also the world.

I'll leave off with the final paragraphs of the Court's opinion, which are fantastic:

No union is more profound than marriage, for it embodies the highest ideals of love, fidelity, devotion, sacrifice, and family. In forming a marital union, two people become something greater than once they were. As some of the petitioners in these cases demonstrate, marriage embodies a love that may endure even past death. It would misunderstand these men and women to say they disrespect the idea of marriage. Their plea is that they do respect it, respect it so deeply that they seek to find its fulfillment for themselves. Their hope is not to be condemned to live in loneliness, excluded from one of civilization’s oldest institutions. They ask for equal dignity in the eyes of the law. The Constitution grants them that right. The judgment of the Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit is reversed.

It is so ordered.

So lolicon/shotacon is used by more people to talk about pedophiles and not just by otakus like Nevri said in another thread?

Dude. You tell a regular person you're into lolicon anywhere in the world and they'll assume you're a paedophile.

The terms themselves even have an origin in sexual attraction to children (Vladimir Nabokov's Lolita, for one).

Shounen ai (少年愛) is pederasty.
Shoujo ai (少女愛) is basically a synonym of lolicon.

It looks like they actually just use the word paedophilia (ペドフィリア) although there are some related terms such as 小児性愛 ('shouni seiai'), 児童性愛 ('jidou seiai'), and of course shotacon/lolicon.

Finally a futa story that doesn't use EXTREMELY vulgar language and actually makes it seem like both parties are enjoying it equally. Most futa stories end up all hetero looking :/ I do not like that, I want to see both the girls enjoy themselves both with AND without the penis involved like this one. Maki had two orgasms without it being inserted, she was definitely taken care of.

Wow, some strong implyings over here. Hetero looking? Implying that an hetero sexual relationship only the man is enjoying himself, this is what I'm reading here. Without the penis involved? Why can't the person with said penis not use it like the "tool" it's meant to be?

Why does it matter how her orgasms were achived? Are we in the business of judging how "right" an orgasm is depending on our own fetishes/kinks? Let these characters enjoy the flesh business however they want, they are real characters!

Okay that last bit I could not help but smile while writing it

I just want everyone to know that penises can be lonely and being so hateful towards them is NOT COOL.

Pretty sure what they were saying is that it's nice to have something a little different to the usual kind of futanari. I could go find those statistics about female orgasms from penetration vs. other but I'm really not bothered right now and this thread is too serious as it is. But when it comes to most porn, yes, it really is mostly about the man (or the futa-girl) getting pleasure and not so much the woman... not saying it's wrong to enjoy that, just saying that variety is nice.

I winged it. Though I think Google will be really questioning some of my search queries from around the time of translation.

In page one , are you sure she say "Kick back" and not "Sit back"?

As far as I'm aware these phrases mean the same thing in English.

In Japanese she says neither per se; literally she says something like "Maki-chan, you rest!". It's a localisation choice in this case.

Futanari here was used too much as some kind of pseudo-het (more like genderbender), hint: She never took of her shirt to show her boobs, no curves either.

I don't mind you having your own opinion, but uh... Honoka and Maki both had about equal levels of nudity in this regard, and they are both about as equally slender as well. So I don't really follow the argument.

Personally I think it's amazing to have futanari without ridiculously oversized genitalia for once, heh.

Dear futa artists,

Please draw more futa that focuses more on the non-futa girl getting pleasure out of the experience and less on basically just being het porn.

Love,
A concerned citizen panda

p.s., this is one of those rare exceptions I make to generally not being into futa. This shit is awesome, yo.

;-; this story ;-;

Long-distance relationships can be hella tough to maintain. My record is three years, and that's with someone I got along with extremely well and was committed to the relationship.

You're a hero, I'd probably not have endured a month.

I think this is a common sentiment.

A lot of people don't seem to understand how I handle being in a long-term (nearly five years!), long-distance relationship at all. And I'd certainly say it's not for everyone... you need a lot of commitment, strong communication lines, and also the maturity to talk seriously about your future together (and not just a wishy-washy "Someday we'll be together!" kind of line).

This was a sad story, but a very realistic one...

You wouldn't believe the amount of shit you would get for making this comment on another forum I moderate. I've seen several translation projects dropped because people jumped on a bandwagon and bashed down the translators so hard they quit the project.
Being an ass about translations doesn't do anything good, it just creates an unpleasant atmosphere and is harmful to both parties because you're engaging in non productive discussion based on inflamatory comments. There's better ways to stroke your e-penis. Some people man...

I think it's a problem endemic in a lot of non-professional creative "industries", looking at fanartists as well as things like scanlation and the like. People are just allergic to criticism... but also sometimes it's well-founded because anonymous assholes can ruin their day.

Sigh. I just want someone to talk translation decisions with. :(

Shima said I only mostly appreciate her. Wow ban Shima immediately my feeling is hurt.

pls I put effort into that post

I say this as both Kouhai's friend and a scanlator myself...

I don't think any scanlator is above criticism, no matter how much effort (or lack thereof) put in to a release. Seriously, there are many times where I wince at poor translations or typesetting, or anything of the sort. I honestly wish more people really would criticise scanlators (and especially myself!) because it's the only way people are going to improve. Kouhai knows well the pedantically high level of quality I hold myself and others to, but I think she appreciates it (mostly).

But there's good ways and bad ways to criticise people. I think everyone can agree that candy is showing us a really terrible way of doing so. And it's unfortunate, because not only is he actually willing to criticise where most aren't, he's causing a defensive reaction from others, including the awful "scanlators are above reproach" type of response.

We should encourage people to get better, not put them down... Or alternatively jack up their egos such that they don't see improvement as necessary.

As a russian, I couldn't help but facepalm reading this.

I couldn't help but feel a little concerned for them going to Russia as gay lovers... it's a bit of a scary thought in the current climate. D:

Mushiyaki's her circle name (and also her Twitter).

I'm trying to figure out where the 'Shin Yandamushi' part came from. I know she used to go by a different pseudonym in the past; maybe it was an old circle/pseudonym?

(snipped context-less dictionary copypasta)

Congratulations, N-H-FUCKING-H, for successfully ruining a good fanbook via making up a title out of the blue.
(Lots of JPG artifacts for cover page, and resizing-stripes on the dotty areas as well. But since this raw came from Yamibo...)

> Satsunyan: If I were you, I'd reject this present.

If I were you, I'd try to be less of an utter dickhead.

Reading this made me go back and read all of Nishi Uko's stuff. Somehow they had gone below my radar all this time. Damn, I love this artist now.

Prepared for heartbreak in this series, but it seems an enjoyable ride. Looking forward to the rest.

Nope! As far as I know it is original. (Though Haru is a fan of Citrus, so it's possibly influenced by that.)

I love rereading this so much. Hope there will be Yuika in the future

We're working on one now, actually! Expect to see it hopefully within a week or so. ^_^

I just wanna say in advance to people because I feel like some might have the wrong impression from a NSFW doujin... If you go into this expecting hot sex you will be sorely disappointed!

There is a sex scene. But it's not about the sex. It's about their love. This doujin isn't really about titillation, it's about the intimacy that they share (and that happens to involve sex). And it's fucking amazing in that regard.

Which part of this description doesn't scream "hot sex"????????

idk but I felt like I should cover my bases for some reason
