Alright, so the full chapter is here now! This chapter mostly follows the events of chapter 7 of the web novel, with new/expanded scenes like Lena's Lene's early introduction (she originally doesn't show up for few more chapters) and more banter between Claire and Rei.
My favorites were Rei's reaction to Claire whispering in her ear and Claire's lackey's getting relegated to third and fourth wheels in the last scene:

(Originally these two barely existed in the web novel so I'm looking forward to seeing them more here)

One notable plot-related change is Rei talking with Claire about Misha and Prince Yuu, which helps set up some stuff that happens later a bit better. Originally this was revealed through some exposition in earlier web novel chapters, so having Rei basically gossip about her friend's love life with Claire works better IMO

Doberman x Jessica is a ship I've seen here and there, like in this pic (though this one is more platonic comfort hug than actual yuri). The ship tag seems to be 杜杰; there's quite a few fanfics on Lofter about them.

^ I forgot how it was in the anime or other spin-offs, but in the game the admiral's a completely blank slate so most people just draw them as a self-insert or OC.

Does anyone know when or if Grani's event will get a rerun since I joined after her event was over? :(

CN is just getting the rerun announcement now so probs 6-8 months from October?

According to Gamepress, the CC Barrenlands on the CN server started on March 17, 2020, so the other servers are a bit less than 6 months behind. Since the CN event rerun was announced for early October, we can expect the other servers to get the rerun around April 2021, if not earlier.

I think nobody mentioned it before, but... the MC has a really bad personality, doesn't she?

Last time she was like "What do I do if a lesbian heiress falls in love with me? Why of course I'll pretend I love her too (even tho I'm straight) and I'll live with her and bang her and everything... just to get my hands on her money, uhihihihihihihi!"
This time she complains about being a victim of bullying, only to later reveal that, if she had the strength and the power the bullies have, she would be just as big of a bully (or worse) and delight in abusing the weaker girls.

Honestly, I find it refreshing. XD It's a nice break from the usual pure-hearted heroines.

Very true, she's a bit of a jerk. Her being unsympathetic works for this kind of comedy, with slapstick stuff like her getting punched in the face being all the funnier since she kinda deserves it.

Actually once you click on image to see it bigger, it redirects you to log in after a sec. It happened to other chinese site when I was checking previous images in thread. At least it happens to me. If you also don't have account and can click on it just fine, then I guess something else is at fault.

I was referring to something else, but I know what you're talking about. I've found that right-clicking the images on Lofter works. It still redirects you, but the option box still pops up and lets you select "Open image in new tab". For example, for this page right clicking and opening the the image gets me this resolution picture. That said, it seems like this doesn't work for some peoples' computers for whatever reason.

Hey, so you know how I said I'd given up on getting Risk 16 earlier? I lied. Woohoo! I know people have already gotten Risk 18 or higher, but considering I don't have a lot of the 6-star operators others were using (Hellagur, Blaze, Silverash, etc) I'm very happy with what I got.

Did you guys make accounts through the apps just to access Lofter? I didn't realize it was account-gated.

Eh, I don't really like it either but the idea of Ifrit having a mommy complex for Silence is kinda funny, especially considering Saria's reaction. But yeah, definitely prefer a mother-daughter relation for them.

There was not a lot. Their tag is 风陈 but sometimes the tag is not used? Like this one does not have the tag.

Aw, that's too bad. I was hoping I'd just missed some but it seems like Bagpipe x Ch'en just isn't that popular.

I'm a bit reminded of Yurika, except the MC finds the whole situation hot and is just in denial about it.

Alright, first day of CC done. I'm pretty satisfied; I got to a fairly high risk on the permanent map and cleared the daily ones. I even managed to get Bagpipe, though I didn't save nearly enough resources to E2 her straight away.

Speaking of which, does anyone know what the Bagpipe x Ch'en ship name on Lofter is? I'm going to try and do an upload request of pics for them for Friday
