This is not really a realistic manga, not with such characters.

There is no such thing as "realistic" in fiction, humans are versatile creatures, just because people can relate a lot to certain characters actions and happening doesn't mean this would happen 100% in real life, Stretch gets away with a lot because the characters are likeable and smart and do things most people would find logically to do, I for one question for example why Keiko never thought, or Ran never suggested about visiting a psychiatrist, I didn't find this "realistic" at all, I just could come up with a lot of flawed excuses why they didn't

The major events that happened off-camera were the ones that were in the past, we're in the present :P And even then they were showed more than what was about to happen instead of really, really sneakily sneaking hints at what was to happen that people had to go back after it happened to see it.

Also, the apocalpytic tone about Yuri in anime here is hilarious, you know, our Yuri was the exception rather than the rule for most of the time and when we got something really good, exceptations were BETRAYED with one single line (Love you, Sakura Trick), no matter how much effort went into the jokes, characters and dialogue

Yeah, Shou the writer really fell down on the job on that one. The last three chapters has major events happening off camera (the decision to move, the breakup, etc.) with little more than a mention at best, leaving the reader completely confused. It's not that there's mystery, it's that a bunch of this shit makes no sense and we have very little to go on.

Major events happened off-camera all the time, it's about how the people react to those circumstances

Nobody is telling anything here because special attention is put on Ran this time, not the circumstances for things that are currently going on.

90% of the time it we talked what Ran to Keiko is, now we get a short glimpse at a reversed situation

Kuro and Illya however were different through with their bond do grow with every episode. Illya is also showed to get turned on by the kiss (like during the OVA) and allow other pervert things to do on her, despite Kuro full sexual advance sometime. You can blame that Illya was pressured into it, but legally Kuro is allowed to as it's necessary for her survival. Then of course there is the threaten of Kuro on Miyu, but she never went to Miyu or anyone else for the mana charging, didn't she?
