and the way that Sungji forgot the ring can also bring other stuff to the surface (the way she got to Seju's apartment in the first place) and again can tackle Sumin's assumptions in ch27 <- Sumin never listens !

Gaji gives her Lesbian/ bi characters a very top notch look.. not so much with Sungji's friends or Glasses-Ssi ( or men )
(Even Camillie -Dawoon's ex- and Nammi's girls have amazing bodies regardless of their importance)

But I think Seju's statement serves both:
1- provoking Sungji (and telling her as well that she is still going at it )
2- hide her weakness.. (she even denied being affected by confiment)

I like the fact that Team Gaji have pretty much said that the story will be different depending on whom you empathize with, our discussions on here pretty much show that.

I agree with them totally. However, I've noticed a general beahviour:
- if a person believes in (Sungji*Sumin), they tend to view Sumin as a clueless as possible and just a mere toy that falls under Seju's mastermind manupulation
They would even go far to:
1- underestimate her cheating on Sungji (that even Sungji finds it a big deal) and at the same time,
2- overestimate Sumin's effort to get Sungji's forgivness (again, even Sungji saw as too little)

This goes on with every mistake that Sumin does.
On the other hand, Seju should own her mistakes and also every wrong thing happened to Sumin.

If you are (Sumin* Seju) supporter,
You would follow this pattern:
1- overanalysing 2- justifying Seju's actions (too much at times)
3- question Sungji's motives a lot.. and even go far to add complexity in her actions that may not have a proof or find her boring.
-> but here you usually see Sumin as a mature person who also should own her shit and get it together!
---> the previous point could lead to somewhat "hatered towards Sumin" in severe cases like myself heheheh

But what's sad really about both cases is that the reader may fail to enjoy or read the story the way it is actually told.. by that I mean, both extreemers may overlook clues and nice gusters that the other side would show.
An example of that, if a person is extreme teampink they may miss the beautiful and emotional moment that Sumin told Sungji that she loves her on ch69 as she holds her forehead and kisses her, and Sungji teares.

If you are extreme teamblond, you may miss the beauty of Seju's gusters and not feel the strong emotions in ch54, ch74 and ch 62.. you may also overlook how Seju always hugs Sumin's head towards her and she likes to lick her face or shoulder.
Too much beauty to miss if you are in an extreme spot really
........

BTW, I forgot to tell you guys, ch55 unofficial translation missed a whole panel that exists in the original one, in that panel, Seju's hand was in Sumin's pants ehm ehm.. so it is not almost cheating (if there exist an almost cheating concept).. AND Sungji saw it XD

so you are ready huh, let's begin with one of longest posts ever made on Yuri XD.

-> The way I wrote this is to follow a chronological order as much as possible.. I suggest you open two taps, one to see the main chapter and the other to check the later used point in the other chapters

• first thing first, in ch32, Seju makes coffee for Sumin and Sumin asks her not to add suger because Seju likes it this way -> Sumin didn't drink bitter coffee till Seju taught her how to enjoy it, in ch1 you seee Sumin asking for a 7 shots Americano with no syrup (sugar) romantic huh

• ch3, Sumin ordered Seju not use her perfume ever again (btw, using the other's perfume symbolises that they are a match, or belong to each other) however, Seju payback was a gift she gave Sumin in ch9 that Sumin liked but also Seju picked it because she liked it XD.. (hurting Sumin's pride hehehe.. telling her: we are indeed compatible)

• ch5, Sungji gave Sumin a cravat , and that cravat appeard later in ch65 and ch75.

• ch8, "open Sesame" and ch78. (Seju used it hinting that Sumin was in fact nerves)

• this point is rather risky, but I will mention it anyways, notice in ch10-
  11, the open doors of Seju's house, Seju's notion that she wasn't interested in men and the bartender offered her a drink she didn't ask for (the cocktail on the house) and then go to ch53, Seju's driver does'nt drive her home.. but she takes a taxi (why?) .. also imagine Sungji if she was a man in the same situation that Seju was weak to even protest.. I personally connect those two situations and I believe that Seju didn't lie in ch27.. I know I sound like a stan now.. but whatever

• ch12, and as I mentioned, you know from Sungji's question that Sumin has an extra room.. later ch77, the room is actually being used in a different context.

• ch13, notice the chair Sungji sat on next to Sumin's bed, that chair alone gave Seju an idea that nothing happened between Sumin and Sungji but she was indeed there, she later at night smirks at Sumin's comment about her finger: "I keep thinking about it" she knew right then what was going on. (of course + the confirmation from Sungji who answered a question without being asked hehehe)

• ch14, you knew that Sumin comes back to Seju always after a break up.. even before she got the tattoo, later this information gets confirmed in ch27, ch 45 ,ch50 and ch62.

• in a matter of fact, the Manhwa showed us 19 girls of Sumin's ex. (we can count them together if you would like XD)

• ch15, hints two things, that Nammi and Sumin did had sex together before "they call it workout" and Nammi's type is Seju.. tall with big breasts and Nammi is in fact interested in Seju, this was confirmed later in the second arc. it is also hinted that Nammi likes Sungji from her reaction towards her in ch16 = Nammi's reaction towards Seju in ch47 (this of course justifies Nammi's eagerness to sleep with Seju)
  and I know for sure that Nammi is really really interested in Sungji, I don't know tho how this will play out
  (notice that she always offeres her number on Sungji, and ditched Sumin to comfort Sungji instead in ch57, and went all the way to Choi Geon (that she doesn't even like) to get Sungji's number (and not from Sumin directly), also she hinted again her availability by mentioning that her dating life wasn't going well.. also notice that she went to Sungji with longer hair and a flirty look.

• ch17, you know that Sumin cares about the 100th days of dating anniversary, this is again happened in ch52, so you know that Sumin indeed cares about couples culture in S.K.. and ch52 is in fact their 100th days of dating anniversary ( now you know they dated a bit over 3 months before Sumin cheated and you know that they dated a week before Sumin's birthday -July 12th- so currently they are around October or November --> why does that matter?

(the author said they met during a party for children who come from similar background & later said they will tell this couple's -first falling in love- story.)
so I had a theory, that Sumin and Seju met during Seju's birthday party ,in 2nd of November

I have a heartache tho from mentioning this one, I thought ch79 will be about Seju's birthday.. sigh

• ch19, Seju remembers that Sumin promised her to be her family, later in ch54, Sumin tells Seju: "the chairman will be relieved to have you by his side"
  Seju responded: he will be, right? because I'm also his family
  (and look at Sumin's face)
  ...

• ch19 also, Nammi was able to notice that Sungji was in fact a virgin, Sumin only noticed that in ch22.

• ch21, Seju got a car (it's actually Sumin's birthday present, she knows that Sumin wants a car usually in her birthday .. we know that from ch24 as Sungji asks her what she usually like as a present)

• ch27 last scene, brought up again waaay later in ch55 (pitying one another is weird between Seju and Sungji.. you find the "pity" thing in those chapters and again in ch79)

• ch28, first panel (you see Sumin having Sex with Ms. Choi at the coffee room in the office) again look at the last panel, someone snaps a picture of Sumin and Sungji in the office, later ch34 (at the party, you see that Glasses- ssi almost outed the couple, she claimed to have a proof, look at her hand.. she held a camera).. now, try connecting those two situations in ch28 with the redhead and in ch34 (there is a high possibility that it wasn't Seju who ratted them out, but maybe someone in the office or call it gossip, reached the fiancé (this point is again risky.. but hey, Seju never cared about whatever Nammi thinks of her, let alone justifying anything to her)

• ch35, was actually the first time Sungji tried to call Sumin "BABE", look at Sumin's reaction, then later we had the official translation translating "Jagi" into "babe" ch80 (no wonder Sumin was surprised hehehe)

• ch35, last panel, Saehyun arrival day is 8th of October, look at the last panel, he actually arrived in ch44.. so now you know from there that they are actually in October. (remember why dates matter ?)

• ch38, the doctor is in fact Nammi's father, it is not clear how long he has been treating Sumin or whether he knows about the Tattoo (which implies that Nammi does.. I thought she didn't know, but lately I think she does know about the bartender thing and the tattoo given their conversation at the hotel in ch47, but in any case, Nammi doesn't know that much about Seju or the Baeks )

• ch44 you know that the father made a plan so he could be able to meet Chahee "Seju's mom" after death, but only in ch 58 we know what that plan was, btw.. Sumin never rejected it.. later in ch62 (Sumin almost talks about that to Seju .. but held back as she noticed that Seju didn't know.. but still Sumin didn't reject the Father's plan)

• ch45, I thought I would mention this one again, I successfully proved earlier that the house was indeed Seju's and Sumin went to Seju's house.. it wasn't Seju who was waiting magically. (just look at page 301 of this thread, you might find it interesting)

• ch51, please pay attention to Sumin's thought bubbles, also remember her conversation. (this one does tell a lot)

• ch55, shows an insecure Seju which is consistent with ch72 and even ch11 (she expected Sumin to leave her) -> Seju, although loved Sumin a lot and Sumin loved her with all her heart up to the moment they broke up, never felt secured.. her biggest mistake was in fact: NOT trusting Sumin's love for her, which then led to the bartender incident in the first place.

That's why, during the last 10 years, she never knew for sure that Sumin still loved her and was scared of even telling Sumin that as you could see in ch62 bed talk.. no matter how perceptive she was, she is insecure.

• ch64, and in previous chapters (ch24) + 72 + ch77, Sungji mentions her attraction in a way or another to Sumin's looks, even ch73 triggered Sumin to ask Sungji to (cum without looking at her face), ch72 (original translation of Sumin talk: "you're doing that again, are you going out with my face?"

• ch69: Sumin said "I love you" to Sungji 5 times,
  Sungji said "I feel strange .. or I am strange" 4 times ( and 0 "I love you")
  however, Sungji only said it in ch81 and ch38.

• ch75, Sumin lied to Sungji and called Seju behind her back. in ch77, she lied again about being with Seju in the same space "check the last condition she gave Seju".
  ...............................

(that was a marathon, hehehhe, I hope you enjoyed it tho.. the things I saw hinting that Sumin and Seju may end up together and Sungji would walk away are another matter.. but I'm already drained now) hehehe

dont agree arc 1 is about Sumin, arc 2 is about Seju xDDDDDD.

I never thought of that.. nor that I believe it's true. In the first arc we got the building up of the story quite nicely and about the three .. even if we didn't see Seju alot, she appeared in flashbacks constantly.
The rest of your post; I'm somewhat close to what you are thinking.
Notice: first season; Sungji's shirt is all buttoned up.. Seju seems to push Sumin a bit towards Sungji's direction.
Second season; Sungji's shirt is a bit loose, Sumin completly looks at Sungji and Sungji touches her but Seju's touch is towards the other dirction and on Sumin's tattoo ( think of ch27 flashback at the end of ch55)
....
Third Season; I wont talk about it much, other threads already think im delusional hehheheh

Unlike many, I believe they already knew their story by heart and knew the ending they wanted from early stages. I've seen it in the way they place events a bit by a bit.. and even the way they design the locations.

A very clear example of that, when you see a scene or character line being used again in a later chapters.. something like 30 chapters later. (this is very true and not an exaggeration).

take a look at the design of Seju's office that has a bedroom inside it.. the location of Sumin's house as well. (Played a part in ch13, you know that Seju did not go home and she was working late then went to Sumin's to take a shower -because Seju has a bedroom in her office so she slept there and Sumin lives near by ).. and from the very early chapters Sungji asks Sumin about the room upstairs, but only in ch77 that room was used to accommodate Seju (so they already told you in ch12 about it and used it in ch77).

-> Seju's office bedroom isn't a mere surprise in
ch55.. but was planned and designed waaaay back

This is one of the trivial examples. I have even more detailed examples if you were interested.

The thing is, I agree they tend to do less panels by chapter by now, which is very annoying at times. But later on when you reread each 10 chapters at once, you get that their story telling is smooth. And It is a yuri after all, the fan service part of it is the normal thing and the deep messy story is ,in fact, unique to this one.
Im all for the story and if you were following this forum for a while, you know that im crazy about the details in it.. but at the same time I actually like their "fan service" too, they are very artistically done with attention to details.. you can understand how these women feel and see their passion or lack of it.. my God, look at how she illustrates sex between Sumin ×Sungji and Suminx Seju (both couples, before and after the cheating).. even the way Sumin and Seju kiss is different from Sumin and Sungji.. (she puts emphasis on her characters' individualism even in that aspect)
A lot of readers were annoyed by the fact that this chapter will contain a sex scene before it came out, and I was like: yeah bring it on, lets see how both girls feel about it.. specially Sumin who brings her emotions to bed. (I honestly had a smirk as Sumin decided to pick Seju up from work)

about the banners, I'm aware of my over analysis tendencies -that's why I'm a researcher XDD- but I do believe that they have some truth in them about how the arc goes.
and honestly, I believe TG showed us the ending implicitly multiple times.. and when the time comes, everything will fall in place.

well, I'm technically Asian (looking at the map), in my culture, men would greet men by hugging and even kissing on the cheeks and so girls with girls.. but no hands holding, no too touchy or a wrong stare.. even though straight girls do some weird shit like touching each others boobs, but it is between really close friends and in a joking way. I wouldn't dare to hug a friend more than necessary. It's even weirder in Germany if you try such things.

However, I noticed one thing though, the angle of Seju's face in 3 arcs' banners doesnt change, side profile and side glance =)))))), the other two, their face's angle change in each arc, especially Sumin =))))))))))))
