I was super confused why there was an Harukana Receive image uploaded now all of a sudden. Turns out there's an anime this season! Hope it's as good as the first volume of the manga was. (And if it has good butts like the manga, I certainly won't complain! >.>)

Thought that was Jeanne Alter at first. And some other servant, I know very little about F/GO other than the big name servants.

If they're 1 hour each they'd actually be even more than a 12 episode series. Assuming the 12 episodes were the standard 25ish minutes each. ~360 minutes vs ~300 minutes. That is, if the movies don't inexplicably have ad breaks.

edit: In addition, movies tend to have significantly higher quality animation (as well as other things), so 6 movies is likely much better for the viewer.

I wish the Nep games were visual novels instead of RPG's. I'd actually be able to play them and enjoy the writing without slogging through the godawful combat. I understand the importance of satire in the games, but oh god is it boring.

^^I dunno, I'm fairly sure Diana never actually believed herself to be better than Akko. I think it was more that people expected her to be better because of her status. I haven't finished the anime yet but in the short it was pretty clear that the only reason she ever acted high and mighty was because people thought she should.

She's actually not so different than Akko. In fact you can see a young diana in the crowd at the Chariot show in Akko's flashback, looking just as awestruck as Akko does. In the anime it seems pretty clear that Diana actually admires Akko.

Seems pretty good, looking forward to reading the rest. I really love autobiographies. It feels great being able to learn about someone else through their own words and perspective, especially when it's someone very different from myself.

TECHNICALLY gentoo penguins generally choose the same mate for up to 3 seasons, after which point they'll find another. Rockhoppers do mate for life though, so who's to say in this case?
