I have a feeling that Team Gaji is planning on improving the image of Sungi while lowering the image of Seju in the reader minds. 10 more chapters with this, the readers would wholeheartedly move to Sungji's side.

I'm already liking Sumin x Sungji more because of how Seju's character is doing. Especially after this new chapter. I was expecting this tbh, but it just happened too soon.
It makes me think that Gaji have actually no idea how to develop their characters and relationships...

Sumin and Nami probably slept together at one point, since they were both the type to sleep around, plus gay friends could experiment with one another. if so, it'd most likely be a one night stand though.

But Sumin had plenty of other girls to sleep with, plus she had been with Seju since highschool. The time doesn't add up, and they really don't give off that vibe. Not every gay person sleeps with each other

Do we really have to ship Seju x Nami just because WDTFS lacks a female character?

Seju and Nami being exes quite impossible, because:

-Gaji said Seju has never slept with anyone besides Sumin and that guy from the bar.
-Seju is exes with Sumin but doesn't act hostile towards her, so the fact that she does around Nami has nothing to do with being possible exes.
I honestly think we shouldn't look too far into the story.

If someone wants to ship them it's their own choice, it doesn't mean everyone has to do or don't.

Also Sumin x Nami is more impossible.
I just think Nami is there as a secondary character, so the focus is not always on the three of them, but gets some variety too. Maybe they'll use her for something in the future too, probably for Seju

Wdtfs... I was reading Lily Love too but I dont like waiting too much for translations and the story is bit too cliché, so Im not that into it. Im just waiting for it to be finished, or something.

I'm reading WDTFS too. Last time there was a hiatus of FF there was also one for WDTFS. I just hope this doesn't happen this week though.
Citrus' last update was nice. I read Lilly Love too, but I agree, it's cliche.
Also Their Story is nice and personally I read 19 days too(it's yaoi though lol)

Were did you see saying it's on hiatus? There is only " 휴재중인 작품입니다. " above last chapter, but that is refering to last week for today's chapter.

Also, yes Seju is obssesed with Sumin, but I think Sumin used to be a little obsessed with her too, until recently. I mean, you don't just go back to your ex, whom you're supposed to hate, everytime you need confort.
Someone could argue that Sumin was just using Seju, but I think Seju was also a little bit of able to confort her too, because not just anyone has the abillity to confort someone.
When you hate someone they make you feel even worse when you are around them.

But put it this way, other than cheating on Sumin, what has Seju done to make Sumin and Sungji's relationship possible?

Sungji acting the way she does around Sumin is understandable, so this is not a problem. Different people act different around their crushes.

i do have a feeling that this rashness will have some consequences though, and it'll contribute to the story in one way or another.

Realistically speaking, it should. But the way the story went so far, I'm not sure to what extend.
I have a feeling that whatever drama Sumin and Sungji will have, will mostly come from an outside factor right now. Like Seju. Maybe Sumin will try to hide her past from her too, or Sungji will cry at some point, and then this will strengthen their relationship more.

Tbh I'm skeptical regerding the plot since the beggining of the second arc.
Also, when creating a couple, I think it would be better to make their characters match each other's. You can't pair random people together, only because you find them cool individually. This is how I feel about Nami x Seju, although we don't know what will happen of course.
On the bright side,at least Sungji and Sumin characters match.

The thing is, Sumin has changed, but it feels sudden and out of nowhere. The way it is presented is wrong imo. It is not convincing. Because it feels like these movies where the prince suddenly comes and saves the girl, and then everything is fine.

plus Team Gaji seems to have a habit of making a few chapters in a row happy, heart-warming Sumin/Sungji then insert 1 chapter of depressing Seju, which makes the storytelling feels like it lacks direction and resolution

Yes that's the thing. There's the promise of plot, but then nothing happens, and also instead of some solid character development there is only cute moments

What else do you guys want to see about Sumin x Sungji? They've become all lovey dovey. It must be good enough, right?

A relationship is not always interesting to read just because the main characters are all good and lovey-dovey. It needs more layers to it to be more compelling.
I'm not Gaji to know what they're planning for them (or if) but I think their dynamic regarding how Sungji is supposed to be healling Sumin is flat.

They only showed it by having Sumin being reluctant of having sex with Sungji, and maybe doing some things that she doesn't like much (like the Amusement Park).
Now they are still developing their relationship almost entirely sex.
Like Sumin doing more romantic stuff for Sungji, or asking her to stay at her home, etc.
It just feels out of nowhere how a person as damaged as Sumin is healling like this.

If I was 13 and read this story I think I would dislike Seju. But there is no absolute black and white regarding what is right and wrong.

There is something about Seju that is reptilian like. She reminds me of Hilary Clinton.

I don't know about you guys, I think that without Seju the story would be just plain well drawn hentai. To me there is no much depth into Sumin and Sungji relationship. They are your typical yuri couple that I've seen before a lot.
This is also why FF is popular, because it breaks the stereotypical yuri standards and has more depth in it.

Of course Sumin and Sungji could be developed more in the future, but the way Gaji chooses to develop their relationship right now, and for some time is around sex. For example, we've been waiting since chapter 39 (?) when they would finally have sex. When they did, now their relationship goes around having more sex.

When the story is over, and if that happens, I'll write my full analysis on this.

I think Sungji will find out about Sumin and Seju at some point, but I think she won't react much. Probably will be like "Team Leader...you have to forgive her"
and then Sumin will go all heart eyes and say "I didn't care much, but since you say so, I guess it's worth it"

Totally hate how I grew fond of Seju and Sumin's lost relationship, that I had to force myself to not care at this point.

I would prefer that Sumin forgives Seju not because Sungji asked her to. Itt would be better if Sumin forgives Seju on her own will, maybe with Sungji's help.

Me too but...I think it is quite possible for the Sungji route, so Sungji's character helps healing both Sumin and Seju. Plus sumin still seems nowhere near forgiving Seju by herself.

Gaji can turn it around in 34 chapters!

Oh please don't forget the unexpected plot twist. Maybe Sumin will end up choosing the single life xD

I kinda feel how the rest 34 chapters will go. Sumin/Sungji sex/moments for 2-3 chapters,then 1 Seju chapter for a break and repeat.

Lol it's not like TeamPink fans thought Sumin and Seju would be back together again. Despite that, I still can't help to find Seju the best character.
I fee like she's the most 3 dimensional out of the three.

My prediction for the end. Sumin/Sungji together, Seju/Nami (probably) together too. Sumin forgives Seju only because Sungji asked to, and everyone gets a happy ending like this.

To be honest I think that Sumin still has (or had) some feelings for Seju, this is why she kept on coming back to her. This is why I couldn't help but still ship them lol.

Someone wrote above that team Gaji came up with Seju's character later? That means they mostl likely intended for Sumin and Sungji to be end game. Not that we can't already see it, but this is anothr proof.

The problem is that instead of showing it with words, like Sungji does, she gets very impatient and does crazy things (like sleeping with the bartender). She doesn't really show as much patience towards Sumin's short temper and that makes Sumin even more angry. I think that's why they don't go as well together.

I have to dissagree with Seju being impatient. I'd say she is actually quite patient regarding Sumin. She has been waiting around for Sumin for 10 years, even watching her getting new lovers, she still waits for Sumin to come back.
Her reaction after Sumin's parents death is not impatience, it's the wrong way to confront her. She thought she had to push Sumin outside her shell and get her back with her life. This, and also how Gaji has said that Seju couldn't feel how deeply scared Sumin was by her parents' death, because Seju is not close to her parents. So it was the wrong way, plus Seju was acting out of fear of losing Sumin too.

Also it's pretty obvious Seju is still in love with Sumin. I think Sumin knows it, but brushes it off because she doesn't care, and she just wants no attachment with what Seju gives her. On top of that, Seju has said to her, that if it isn't for her, she doesn't want to marry anyone else. Can't get more obvious than this lol

She already knows that though. She knows Seju is still in love with her.

But now that made me wonder, if Seju didn't cheat, would they still be together? They give me the vibe that they would sooner or later break up over something. Because Sumin tends to be passive agressive sometimes, after her parents' death. But even if her parents didn't die, I think there is still a chance that Sumin would start to act like that with Seju. All of this is hypothetical of course, but when Sumin was dating Seju, they were young, and maybe some parts of herself didn't show up yet.
But after a time she might start developing them regardless. Just a thought.
So after maturing through Seju, she is now more ready for someone like Sungji?
