I hate it when chapters end on a cliffhanger like this. Will they have sex again? And then again after that? And what about the other girls? Will there be a lot of sex there too? And now we have to wait and find out. The suspense is killing me!

Oh boy, this is going to be cringe worthy read.

It is. I read this a few months ago when it was first posted . . . elsewhere, and though I can see how the denizens here might appreciate and identify with the MC, the inescapable fact he is exactly what he (and many of the rest of us) despise -- a dude getting in the way of all the good yuri. No matter of how subversive of the tropes it might be, it still has way way too much dude in the spotlight.

This is it everyone. What we see today is the physical manifestation of cruelty, madness, and despair, all combined into 20 pages of nightmarish vision that shall forever torment the core of our souls. Every single panel was designed solely for the sake of withering our smiles under the name of the unholy carols. With the hands of a madman as it's instrument, and the digital domain as it's prophet, it's sings the lullaby of the devil in an unceasing vigilance. A grand ballad of intoxicating horror, this is truly the masterpiece made by someone who feeds on the banquet of death and decadence.

May the author finds peace knowing that his bitter experience in life has accumulated enough storm to disturb the land of the living for an eternity. And may the ones who still breathe find courage to believe that there is still hope for man. For I certainly cannot.

Wow. There's a lot of vitriol here over the over-analysis of a yuri comedy establishing issue.

Everyone needs to take a few deep breaths and wait patiently to see how this thing evolves. Give it a couple of issues before you all become unglued and start going for each other's throats.

I just figured it out. Why these side stories make me so mad.

It's not that any of them are bad. In fact they are all well done and could support their own series. But I was narratively promised a story about two girls and their story of love and competition, and every time one of these side stories if featured, it feels like the author is breaking that narrative promise.

Just do it.

Well, that was needlessly confusing and incomprehensible. A lot of sound and fury signifying bupkis.

This is the most awful bleak Jin story yet, and that's really saying something.

I like her stories with some vestige of a happy ending better. This was just bleh.

Blurg. More side story chapters. I don't care about those other people! I'm reading this for the main characters, dammit! Give me my main characters back!!

I hate stories like this where not only is there too little time to get to know the characters, but also nothing really happens. Just a bit of fluff whose only redeeming feature is that it is shoujo-ai.

The eyes on page 15 of Ch 7 were a little frightening. When I clicked onto that page my first thought was "AAAGH! Double Goatse!".

So...why isn't this attached to part one in the system here?

I had trouble getting into the story of the last chapter. Not because of the writing or story, but because the spectacular anatomy failure on page 0076. First, Ran is lying on her back, so there should be no reason why she should have her boobs touching each other at all. Second, her areolae and nipples don't look like they are actually part of the surface of her bosom. They look more like nipple stickers haphazardly pasted on, appearing to point in strange directions that should be impossible given their location. And last, the placement of her left nipple is waaay too far to the side, especially given the placement of her right nipple.

This is especially strange, considering the artist can draw this character's bosom properly (for example, on the bottom of page 0090).

So one girl eats another girl's pudding. Is this the subtext you people are going on about?

Forgive me if this has been asked for before, but I didn't see it when I skimmed through this thread...

Would it be possible to tag series that are cancelled or abandoned by either the author or the scanlators? There's nothing worse than getting to the end of a really really good manga (like, for example, Flower Flower or Gretel) and finding out (only after reading the related thread) that there will never be a continuation. I know that it is usually marked at the top of the individual manga's page, but if you search on tags, sometimes you jump into the middle of the series, read a little, and then jump back to the first chapter and read through, all without ever seeing the manga's page.

No need to separate out with one tag for cancelled and one for abandoned. Just a simple tag saying Series cut short or just no end would do the trick.

"Missing" implies that there is supposed to be something there, but it is gone. "No dudes" would be a better and less confusing tag.

Why are the two yuri manhuas I've read so nifty when all of the non-yuri manhuas I've read are so puerile?

Upon further investigation, it seems to have something to do with the bizarre nature of the Touhou Project, which, after reading the Wikipedia entry on it, I became even more perplexed by the whole thing. Oh well. Since I'm not into non-Original djs, it doesn't look like anything I need to take up headspace with.

This is a really weird tag. Since everything is either official (and therefore canon) or a dj (and therefore non-canon) what's this tag supposed to indicate?

I'm not sure, but I think I'm seeing some hints of yuri subtext in this comic.

If you do not like males as a plot device and/or so-called "love triangles" used in GL stories that involve a male, know that the male character is in all 5 volumes to the end.

I agree. It's not just the love triangle, but also the almost always unnecessary time skip at the end that manga writers love to stick in for reasons I cannot comprehend. Between the two, this series is dead to me.
