Honestly, my one reaction to Chidori's advice to Mai was that Chidori being a truly good person like this was exactly why Mai knew she had no chance come between them and even went as far as to encourage Chidori before the trip despite her own feelings.

Well, bringing those friends along is an easy way to ensure you will not see a flying horse, since she'll be standing right beside you in human form. On the other hand, keeps Uni safe from being seen, though. :D

the boyfriend theme doesn't make sense! When Marika was taken to the world where there are men, she was 8 years old. How could Marika from that world have a boyfriend at that age and that there were misunderstandings?

It's not that she had a boyfriend at that age (although it would not be that unusual), but that her boyfriend from that world remembered meeting her when they were younger, similarly to how Marika remembered meeting Lily.

Honestly, while it seems just a bit rushed, the ending still feels very much perfect. Any additions, like Marika's time settling things in the other world or the contents of the other Marika's letter to the little sister would only drag things out unnecessarily while adding nothing of real substance, it's just nice to see these matters solved and our main couple finally reach their happy ending. ^_^

Did not expect the blatant uncensored sex scene on the final page, though.

Reading it again, on the first page its the Friend that says "a little big and kinda pretty" while our Main *bully just says "i bet shes a slut too" and out protagonist then hones completly in on her instead of the one who startet it.

I don't think so. It may seem so at first, but the lack of a tail indicating the speaker on these bubbles makes it far more likely that it's all spoken by the same girl.

Axed or not, I really loved this series, and likely would have even more if we had been able to see all that had been planned.
