Just to clarify things...
(Not necessarily specifically for you guys, since you may know already, but for everyone in general.)

You guys are right that there are way more released chapters of FF that are not on Dynasty yet. To be exact, at the time of writing, the latest chapter is chapter 35 and the latest chapter on Dynasty is chapter 7.

But this is not because "Dynasty is behind with their own translations and edits". There isn't a "Dynasty team" of translators and editors/typesetters that is working on FF. All the English translated chapters of FF that you read anywhere on the Web pretty much all come from the same people.

Almost all FF English translations come from halmoni. Translations of early chapters were done by Haggant. When a new chapter comes out, halmoni provides a quick translation within a few hours. Then, someone would take this translation and create a rough typeset of the chapter. The people who do the rough typesets, a.k.a. roughs, are QCO (first 28 chapters), Cold, d.d.d., kyra and various other contributors.

Roughs, as the name implies, are not perfect, nor are they meant to be. They are typesets that are done relatively very quickly. The point of the roughs is just to get the translated chapters out as quickly as possible so that people can read and enjoy them. However, they are not meant to be the "final releases". Afterwards, the team goes hard at work to create the final releases. This involves reviewing and improving the translations, cleaning up the images, getting rid of JPEG artifacts, doing the final typesetting, quality-checking, so on. This FF scanlation team is comprised of jrdp_18 (raws, QC), halmoni (translation, TLC), Haggant (translation, early chapters), Kanaria (TLC), Gulf Standard (QC), kyra (QC), kubrick (cleaning), winter (cleaning), takachi (cleaning), Ryo (editing/typesetting). Apologies if I missed anyone.

Now, if you see FF chapters in English on various other sites, you are basically looking at the roughs. Many sites just take whatever they find, even if they are roughs, and upload them. Without ever asking the people who made them, of course.

Then, why doesn't Dynasty just upload the roughs like so many other sites? Because Dynasty tries as much as possible to respect what the scanlators want. So essentially, Dynasty only uploads the final high-quality releases. And personally, that's fine, since if you want to read everything up to the latest chapter, you can read the roughs.

Edit: I had forced it to reload the affected pages a few times and I thought that usually fixes browser cache issues, but I guess not this time.

Glad that worked. Didn't think it would (but thought, oh what the hey), because again, browser cache issues aren't usually persistent, i.e., doing a regular page reload should get the latest resources.

I almost never experience image oddities due to browser cache, mostly always due to DNS issues.

*shrug* Computers.

I don't really see any reason why the formats are that different.

OK, I might understand that we have a long date time format and a short date time format, and we use the long or short one depending on the space available on that page. However, that doesn't explain why one is "full-month-name date, year time-in-AM/PM-format" while the other is "date short-month-name time-in-24-hour-format".

Furthermore, I don't think space is way more limited in post history than in threads to the point that we need to use a shorter date time format there. So my personal suggestion is simply to make them to same full format.

If you're using Chrome, you can try clearing Chrome's DNS cache.
Type "chrome://net-internals/#dns" (without the quotation marks) in the address bar and hit Enter.
On that page, click "Clear host cache".

Might solve it immediately or might take a few moments and/or a Chrome restart.

 
If this doesn't work, then you can try clearing the DNS cache in Windows.

Click the Start button, then type "cmd", then press Enter to open the Command Prompt.
In the Command Prompt, type "ipconfig /flushdns".

Chapter 14

In a flashback, Seol-a got back at her by asking Ji-hwan to come to their school and Seol-a pretended that they were really close and probably romantically involved. Yu-ji seemed unhappy to see that (though not clearly shown).

So one of Yu-ji's hidden motives was likely to try to get close to Ji-hwan via Seol-a. Which is what Seol-a thought No-rae was also trying to do.

Chapter 31

It's just two panels of flashback. It seems to be Yu-ji staring at Seol-a and looking kind of taken aback, and Seol-a staring back sternly. And they are surrounded by other people who look a bit nervous as though something awkward just happened. So likely, Yu-ji and Seol-a probably just had a confrontation, and Seol-a said something mean and direct to her.

Seol-a got this flashback right after No-rae said to her, "I don't want to have anything to do with you anymore." So my guess is Seol-a said something similar to Yu-ji.

Also, for the motorcycle "MOVE!" bit, I also believe that happened to Seol-a, not Yu-ji, likely soon after Seol-a found out all her "friends" were fake.

I'll also add this.

I suppose it's possible that Yu-ji was a closer "friend" among all the "friends". I don't discount that possibility but it's really hard to see whether or not that was really the case with the limited information about her so far.

But it doesn't change the fact that she and all the others were in fact using Seol-a, which was no misunderstanding. Also, it is possible Seol-a might especially remember her among them all because although many were doing it, those hurtful words revealing her intentions came from Yu-ji's mouth.

However, as far as we've seen, Seol-a didn't "misinterpret" Yu-ji, as Yu-ji showed her true colors pretty clearly in the flashback in chapter 12:

Allow me to give a stupid answer. :3

As you mentioned, Min-jeong doesn't go to the same university, so Seol-a only sees her occasionally. And it seems that when they meet, at least sometimes, it's to hang out with guys -- probably guys that they barely know or even just met -- to drink, flirt, so on, like in chapter 20.

As an aside, Min-jeong is probably the kind of girl that everybody thinks Seol-a is: a party girl who is really flirty with guys. Seol-a on the other hand seems to "go along with it" just out of... boredom or something, as thought she's thinking, "Eh, why not?" In chapter 23, she says, "It's true that I've met a lot of guys. I didn't turn away anyone who seemed decent, and I didn't chase after those who left me." Doesn't sound she was really into it.

But yeah, basically, Seol-a seems to hang out with Min-jeong only once in a while for that kind of stuff. And it's not at all the close relationship that many college or high school girls tend to develop. You know, like No-rae and Hye-gyeong. Or No-rae and Hee-jin before university.

I don't think that Seol-a is "frustrated about having friends among girls" per se. I don't think she was really really longing for this kind of relationship; it's just that she didn't even know what it's like to have this kind of close friend, as she has never made that kind of close friend in university and heck, probably not even in high school.

Think about it. Her "legendary" status really made it difficult for any girl to approach as well as for her to approach any girl. For example, take Hye-gyeong. We know she's a nice person, and she isn't the type to be mean to people. But even she took part in the gossip about Seol-a, because she is just that (in)famous. If you hear so much and talk so much about a person, she becomes almost like a "celebrity" and you won't even think about going up and talking to her.

No-rae is the first to really get close to her, partly due to circumstances but also because of No-rae's personality, which attracted Seol-a, such that she in turn also made an extra effort to get close to her. No-rae gave her a taste of what it was like to have a really close girl friend in school/university. (Not only that, but No-rae also acted as a bridge for Seol-a to be able to be friends with other people such as Hye-gyeong; without No-rae, it is very unlikely they would have ever interacted.)

So naturally, she really liked No-rae and wanted to be around her, because it gave her a sense of friendship that she was never able to experience before. And as we already know, with time, those feelings grew to... whatever they are now.

Random but I'm glad we saw Hye-gyeong again this chapter, I was kind of wondering where she'd been! I like the scenes that she and No-rae are in. They seem more light or something, for some reason :]

I also missed Hye-gyeong's presence and her interactions with No-rae.

In all of Act 2 (chapters 20 to 35), she only showed up twice, once in chapter 35 and once in non-colored semi-chibi form in chapter 31 (when Seol-a called her to ask where No-rae went). She did technically show up in chapter 28 also but it was a flashback.

But I guess that's what happens given that this Act focused even more on No-rae and Seol-a.

I disagree with the interpretation that No-rae has decided to ignore her feelings and to stay purely friends with Seol-a forever.

I feel that if anything, she has now accepted her feelings and is now hopeful that perhaps someday, they may be reciprocated. ("Because for now, we're still friends.")

But she won't force things or rush things, because she just wants to take things slowly and enjoy her time with Seol-a. ("With some easygoing feelings.")

This is a bookmarklet to effectively make the Imgur viewing experience nearly the same as the viewing experience on Comico.

What it does

It makes the images full size (because Imgur slightly shrinks them on the page),
and it gets rid of the spacing between images (so no more black bars between images).

Instructions

Create a new bookmark on your browser's bookmark toolbar (you can bookmark any random page), and put this as the URL of the bookmark:

For the first part "I vowed to keep that promise that we made 'as friends'.", my interpretation is simply that when No-rae made that promise (... or when Seol-a "made her make" that promise but it seemed like No-rae accepted it), they were still friends.

For the second part "Because for now, we're still friends.", I have two interpretations.

My first interpretation is that right now, at the end of Chapter 35, the end of Act 2, they are still friends. They are now closer to each other than ever, especially after having gone through the various hardships in the last 2 acts. But they still aren't officially dating or having a romantic relationship. (Despite what the goggles may indicate...) But No-rae is definitely harboring "secret" romantic feelings toward Seol-a. And Seol-a is harboring feelings that she doesn't quite understand toward No-rae.

My second interpretation is much simpler. It's simply that No-rae is glad that they are still friends after all this, despite the stuff that No-rae said to Seol-a, which No-rae regrets.
