^ About the nagging. I have a friend who I'm always in argument with. Its not a romantic relationship like the one in the story, but its very similar in my opinion. Our arguments are petty and seems pretty much pointless, but our relationship wouldn't be the same without the constant arguments.

Agreed. I also have one of those relationships with my best friend. We nag each other and poke at each other all the time, but without it, we would never be as close as we are today.

Well, it looks more like they weren't together yet at the end. Komachi makes it clear she has no romantic feelings at this point, mainly because she hasn't been given reasons to develop them. In other words, if Rie starts acting towards her not as a friend but someone she wants as a lover, then there's a good chance something might happen.

In any case, she didn't slam that door shut which is hopeful.

I re-read Maple Love almost religiously. It's my favorite one out there, and author/artist Otsu Hiyori is my deity (along with Takemiya Jin.) Oh god. Othello by Otsu Hiyori is just too good.
Also regularly re-read Nishi Uko's works, especially the series Collectors.
Hakka-ya's BuCap (Saki -> Hisa and Mihoko pairing) are my favorite, so I re-read those daily.

Runner's High is also one of my favorites. So cute.

Every time they say "America", I always feel like they're saying the "US". I wish I didn't think like that.
But anyway, I live in California (and close to where all the gay prides are at) but I haven't actually seen too much kissing or anything like that between close (female) friends. Hugging and saying "love ya" is very common between adolescent females though.

Still, it irks me every time authors use the "I lived in ____, so I do this and that". Especially when they get it wrong.

BTW, we have new secrets revealed: Keiko changes her fashion with every new partner, which might be due to her trying hard to fit and convince herself that she's straight (as to what Koneko pointed above).
