It's kind of amazing a doujin artist understands their argument and why it happened and the mistakes both girls made, a lot better than most of the people arguing online.

I mean, that actually is quite logical. Who else would take more time to truly understand the characters and their motivations than someone creating their own works based on them?

I remember one of them with black hair was popular, and the other was light-haired, a pushover, and maybe popular with the male coworkers. They got to know each other through having lunch together if I remember correctly. I think this manga started getting chapter releases on this website either last year or 2 years ago.
