I'd like to argue that there are plenty of scenes that show Sulettas, er, appreciation of Miorine's body. There was a post flying around Reddit that I believe originated from 4chan, where a user pointed out that pretty much any shot of Miorine's legs is explicitly shot from Suletta's point of view. I think the show does a splendid job of showing as much as it can through the actual animation without saying a single word. Also, in the epilogue, Suletta's index and middle nails are nice and trimmed ;)

I don't know how to quote on this website, so I will just say that I am extremely happy that I CAN understand what Okouchi was writing for these two, although you'd have to be extremely dense not to pick up on the longing gazes, the constant physical contact, how every single song on the OST is talking about how desperately these two need each other, etc.... It truly would be tragic to have that much hate in your heart.

It doesn't need to be long or more than a single episode, I just wanna see them get married, kiss, and say "I love you". The newest cope is that somehow they are, like, "platonic married best friends", which is insane but man people will say anything. Come on Okouchi, if you could fight for Nina masturbating to pictures of Euphemia, you can get us a solid marriage OVA.

This series is so close to its end and my mega anxiety for them is so high despite the absolute load of evidence that its gonna be ok.

I was initially disappointed that Suletta didn't rescue Miorine from earth, but really this was WAY better. The fact that their talk had absolutely zero empty platitudes, no "its ok"s or "I forgive you"s, but a pretty brutally honest sharing of sins, was so perfect. I can't see the show ending any other way but with them together, not with the immense and tremendous respect and care these two have been written with.

Gundam ends plenty well for the MCs as well.... Besides IBO(once again, noticing a trend), MCs rarely die. Off the top of my head, the only other dead Gundam MC I can think of is Amuro, which hardly counts because he shows up as a narrator in like every single UC offshoot to make commentary with his other newtype ghost buddies. Kamille is vegetized at the end of Z gundam because he's far too powerful to actually keep in the setting and would have made ZZ 2 episodes long if he was conscious. I wouldn't even count Narrative as torture porn, its just kinda unfiltered dog water and lacks any real merit besides the Phenex being Aerial's predecessor in a way.

I don't really know what you mean, especially with being happy together? Like, most gundam couples I can think of either die off EXTREMELY early or survive and get to be happy. Even Shiro and Aina get their happiness at the end of the absolute doozy of 08th MS Team. There's plenty of other happy couples at the end, like Domon and Rain, Garrod and Tiffa(and all the other couples in X, really), Setsuna returning at the end of the A Wakening of the Trailblazer manga to de-age Marina and pretty unambiguously getting married, Marie and Allelujah, the list really goes on. Gundam has a pretty long list of happy couples, especially when half of the couple is the show's princess.

Gundam can be pretty miserable, but overall most shows end on a high note or bittersweet at worse. I think that IBO has kind of skewed the fanbase with this idea that Gundam is always about misery and suffering and being emotional torture porn, when its really not. It's definitely going to get worse, but I think as of the most recent episode Suletta is now firmly on the up and up. I'm excited to see Suletta and Miorine drawn together by fate and the near omniscient machinations of Prospera.

Can't wait to see them be inexorably drawn back to each other, we are on the friends>enemies>lovers speedrun rn
