I mean, it’s nice that she’s recognized that her worldview is toxic and that she needs to move away from it… But between her introduction (which was funny given how she immediately shot herself in the foot) and now, the bulk of her character has been her verbally abusing Ai and playing on her insecurities to try and get her to break up with Misumi. Coupled with how her worldview has her being an asshole towards her schoolmates and disdainful of her own fans, it’s hard to like her even with her funny moments.

Also, ‘I come from a well-off family and this is the first time things haven’t gone my way’ is a character element that will never earn sympathy from me.

See, from the start I've been assuming that Elsa is also a case of an isekai'd person. I'm pretty sure she's more aware of what's going on than she lets on, but since neither of them will outright say anything about it we get to do this little song and dance.

I brought this up in the light novel discussion, but even if Elsa’s not a transmigrator she can still see Evie react to the system even if she can’t see it herself. She can see Evie be shocked by nothing, read from something that isn’t there, and then ‘bully’ her. She might not have the full picture, but the fact that Evie’s being coerced to bully her can be deduced.

I read Kanon as homoromantic asexual also. She doesn’t seem to have any issue with being girlfriends, just with the more physically intimate things Arisa wanted to do.

Someone who plays Arknights tell me, is this ship based on actual interactions and such in game? Because, without context, shipping Bagpipe & Horn sounds like a joke to me.

Like, I haven’t seen a single hint of romantic feelings/inclinations in all this time. What Hinako & Miko have is strictly platonic, and Shiori doesn’t seem to be falling for Hinako either. I’m not sure how long this story will run for, but if there’s going to be romance elements I’d expect them to start working their way in by now.

I wonder, now that I'm looking at the character details I notice Elsa's doesn't have her birthday on it.

She’s the one currently missing a roommate, and Virgo’s sister had to have left the dorm recently for Alice to still be there, otherwise the request is pointless. She also has clear European heritage, which you’d expect given the name.

I think I’d’ve been more skeptical if they hadn’t established that the girls aren’t personifications of zodiac signs, just taking those names while they stay in the dorm. My reaction to the multinational thing was just ‘sure, add another element to it, it’s already weird.’
