That page has a few minor grammar issues. The other notable one is "they would dip stale bread soaked in potage or wine". Unsure if they meant "until it was soaked" or if "soaked" slipped it's way in and wasn't corrected on a proof read

Regarding the translator's notes, pigeons are just another name for Rock Doves, specifically but not exclusively the domesticated Rock Dove yet still also used commonly for the wild variety.

There's also no real distinction between other species of dove or pigeons for why they call them that other than generally the size of the birds. Bigger birds in Columbidae are usually called pigeons and doves the smaller, but it also is inconsistent as a "rule".

Mom really fucked up there. Page 25 specifically (or what's labelled as 25) shows she wasn't ready for nor expecting the absolute clusterfuck that she herself forced to happen. She just thought one stalker was bad enough, but she literally called the starving pack of scavengers right to a buffet, which then turned into an all out brawl. Idk why the school, students, and managers had to apologize when Mom was responsible for everything. Should have had legal charges pressed against her.

Isekai has often lately been conflated with reincarnation, but as someone else stated isekai is not about reincarnation. The word/term used by other manga that do have reincarnation usually have "tensei" in the title from the many I've seen, but as with any JP word using kanji you have to make sure the reading is correctly used.
