For some reason, I wanted to bring you a subject that I consider the most difficult. Today (July 18th) marks 3 years since the tragedy that affected all of us Japanese animation enthusiasts: the arson attack on Kyoto Animation's Studio 1.

This tragedy caused by a person who, out of hatred and revenge, invaded the building and set it on fire, destroyed the hopes and dreams of honest, capable and brilliant workers... Responsible for adapting famous works known to the public such as "Sound! Euphonium", "Nichijou", "Violet Evergarden", "Free!", among many others. 36 workers who lost their lives in a cowardly way, while the rest survived. The fire practically destroyed what they built right there; hundreds of projects still in progress, art objects, personal belongings, computers... Even the fire consuming everything, had plenty of time to recover what was left. Japan as a whole was mobilized in immense sadness to help Kyoto Animation and the victims' relatives, following closely the coverage of the tragedy. Who would have thought that the streets of that small residential area on the outskirts of Kyoto could be so full of residents and fans paying tribute to the victims. Not to mention the worldwide repercussion that this caused, even going so far as to make a crowdfunding campaign in favor of Kyoto Animation and the victims' families... The wave of solidarity took over everyone, as if KyoAni was being embraced by people from countries so far away, but at the same time so close. Taken by emotion, KyoAni managed to recover and today continues to do its work despite the loss of employees and infrastructure due to the tragedy. Even so, the company remains firm and strong, overcoming all possible obstacles and producing quality in your animations. Thanks to your support, KyoAni is back in creative progress, preparing for the future. And I also believe that those 36 lost souls can be very happy to be represented eternally in the hearts of these workers who are today writing a new page in history of this important company that is Kyoto Animation. May God watch over the lives of these victims, and also bless all their family members and friends from Kyoto Animation who are praying right now.

For me, what impressed me most in these 3 years of tragedy was the manifestation of solidarity from people from all over the world, both those who are fans of the KyoAni series and those who are not fans: how many messages of support, testimonials and fanarts KyoAni has received over these 3 years has no explanation. Just remembering the tragedy and all that happened makes me very emotional. Anyone who has felt this experience knows very well how KyoAni and her works are very important in everyone's life. Every anime produced by KyoAni brings inspiration to anyone who wants to be an artist or managed to be an artist. There is nothing more beautiful than hearing reports from people who watched (and still watch today) KyoAni works praising the incredible evolution of their work and saying that they will continue to support KyoAni until the end. It makes me very happy.

Ah... This is nothing for me really... Not that I get turned on and get "wet" in this type of doujin... To be honest, I'm kind of sick but since I really wanted to see the character's "personality", it made me enjoy this things.

I've seen worse so it really doesn't affect me that much.

Well... Considering that the doujin is authored by Yukiwo, the creator of "Dropkick on My Devil" (or "Jashin-chan Dropkick"), and was published around the same time that the "Jashin-chan" manga began its serialization, there is no doubt that the author intentionally put a lot of thought into creating the content of this story. I mean, the cutely drawn characters mixed with a narrative marked by the presence of blood and disturbing images already shows how Yukiwo knows how to make a plot look even worse than it already is.
Jashin-chan, on the other hand, is a different case: with each chapter where she tries to kill Yurine, she always ends up being a punching bag or tortured in the worst possible ways (crippled, mutilated, burned alive, decapitated, crushed like a bug, etc.), but in the next scene she returns safe and sound, as if she had not been subjected to any violence. However, all this is treated in a comical way, just like "The Simpsons" and "Happy Tree Friends" because IT IS A COMEDY. Even though it's violent, it's funny.

This is not the case with this doujin here. It has NSFW scenes, but there are certain things that, when you read it for the first time, it's difficult to describe its content without analyzing it, which is still interesting.

So the manga ended like this, right... Man, I'm crying and completely sad. From the beginning of the story until now, we accompany the two in this toxic relationship, between various strange and macabre situations, but deep down they understood each other well and finally got something they wanted: they took their own lives to stay together for eternity. It's not quite the "happy ending" we were hoping for, but much more than we could have imagined. :'(

I confess that the author did a good execution in the story, even if the theme of the plot is a little sensitive for some individuals. He is to be congratulated. It's definitely a yuri manga that lives up to the "Yuri Hime Dramatization" label.

For those who have followed the daily struggle of Nagata Kabi over these almost 7 years in her autobiographical stories about loneliness, depression, lesbian experience with prostitutes, alcoholism, independence, family problems, etc., and who really identified themselves in these situations, I can tell everyone what she is in one word: Overcoming. An example of overcoming. It is with this blessed word that you can help change many lives (mine, yours and everyone else's).
